sis lyn,add lang ako ng konting info about dun sa CR1 you're right na yung GC is conditional,you have to apply 90 days before ka mag 2 years to remove the conditional status,that's what we just did last year,tapos they gave me a new GC that will expires after 10 yrs ata,we pay $680 something just to remove my conditional status,but later on we got a letter from USCIS,they told us that they made a mistake,dapat daw pala automatic na Permanent Resident na ako nung pumunta dito,i don't need to apply na daw for the removal of my conditional status,kasi nung nakuha ko yung visa ko,me and my husband been married for more than 2 years na daw,kaya ayun ni refund nila yung binayad namin,ganun pala yun,kung CR1 yung petition mo,tapos by the time na issue yung visa mo ay 2 years or more than 2 years na kayo married ng husband mo consider na pala yun as a Permanent Residence,don't need to apply for removal of conditional status,it's good pala at mabilis na rin yung processing for CR1,nung ako kasi grabe inabot ako ng almost 2 years ata,bago na issue visa ko,

^Oh yeah, forgot to mention that. Thanks for adding that sis khat. Pag wala pa kayong 2 years married ng hubby mo, ang GC makukuha mo eh conditional. Pag over na sa two years and you get your GC hindi na conditional yun. 10 yrs GC na.

yup sis december1991 basta hindi ko na tiningnan ang march vb kainis na kasi sobrang bagal talaga  in F3 category in 10 years time 4 years lang movement  review na lang sis ang PH cut-off dates..since 2007 pa yata ang 1991 na PD up to now hindi pa rin matapos-tapos    paano na tayo naghhintay lalo na ang petitioner tumatanda din which is papa ko

I've tried so many times na (9x) but after ko ma fill up yung online form, lalabas na yung requirements then yung pagpili ng sched... after ko mamili ng sched.... ang laging lumalabas is SORRY

Sis Kuruga, sa sobrang asar ko for the past few months jan sa vb na yan, napagtripan kong mag pintura ng bahay eh. Mahirap magantay di ako maka move on,kaya para lang maligayahan naman kami etong 2011 nag makeover kami ng bahay.

hi sis ato, hi din to our other sises here. Tapos na Feb, March na tayo. Ang bilis lang, sana ang VB mabilis din. LOL

I was just thinking mga sis buti pa sa NZ or UK ang bilis lang process nila sa mga visa. My cousin application is approve wala lang 1 week. She's gonna go sa NZ na this coming March 15. Diba ang bilis lang? Feb nag apply Feb din na approve. And March 15 cya magta-travel.

I was thinking nga while waiting for the petition, my sister will go muna sa NZ or UK first.

sana nga tumalon na vb e.  alam mo sis lyn nag move na kame ng date ng wedding, nasa last quarter na kame ng taon, third time na.  yesterday, we went to manaoag, hindi talaga kaya ng walang tulong from above.  ang hirap, parang torture kaso what can we do.  Next week aakyat kame ng tagaytay to talk sa church at sa reception venue.  alam mo hindi ko ma feel yung excitement ng wedding preparation kasi walang kasiguraduhan lahat.  parang nasa isip ko na wala pa kong karapatan magsaya kasi hindi pa din sure.  pero last night, sabi ng pari sa misa, napakadame na daw problema ng ngayon kaya wag na munang isipin ang hinaharap.  may sariling panahon para isipin at problemahin ang hinaharap.

I am trying to enjoy life and move on, medyo mahirap lang though pero coping.

Also Tourist visa application at NZ for PI citizen is free for 59 days. You only pay for the application if you intend to stay there more than 3 months. And I read thru their application I think mas madali makakuha dito keysa US. Just give proof sino magsho-shoulder ng expense mo and round trip tickets.

If ever sana if may funds ako, I want to attend my cousin's wedding there sa NZ. And if okay I will bring din my parents para makaattend. At least that's the plan. But wala lang FUNDS. So malabo din.

Ahhh I see. Well, gaya nga sabi ng Pari face first yung problem, what is NOW. Like the saying said din: Don't borrow problems. When everything is DONE sis you will look back and can smile that BOTH of you overcome this trials.

Remember, God won't give you anything that you can't handle. And In HIS time, everything will be okay even to the impossible situations. Maging possible na.

Mom, is an LPR and petitioned me under f2b   last  Jul 1999. Im a month shy away from turning 21 nun.   I already have a case number starting with EAC --------.  Fast forward, mom passed away 2009. Good thing US have this humanitarian revalidation.  My kapatid who is in the  US navy took over, we submitted a reinstatement letter, birth cert and other pertinent docs na magpapakita ng relation namin.  Then  8 months after submitting that , upon checking the case  at the USCIS website, it says my case has been approved and forwarded to the  NVC/DOS for visa processing. Then just this month, may message ulit na  the Dept of State returned the case sa USCIS for further review. Ano kaya yun ? lalo ako naguluhan

di ko din alam ano gagawin ko, my bf and  I cant get married dahil nga sa conditions ng F2B. 12 years na din kami. minsan iniisip ko nga, wag na lang pansinin yung petition kasi madami na ako na sacrifice.

Hello, now ko lang nakita may new thread na pala..
Just wanna ask, kasi mag send na ako ng Ds230 pagkakuha ko ng NBI clearance this week.

*Birth Certificates (mine and hubby)
*Marriage Certificate
*Police Clearance (PNP)
*NBI Clearance
*Photographs
*Photocopy Biographic Page Passport

Questions:
1. Did I missed a document na need ko i-send?
2. Do I need to write my case number at the back of my Photos?
3. Do I need to write my case number at the upper right hand on each copy of the civil docs I have to send and also on the DS230 Part 1 and 2 forms?
4. And need pa ba talga ng Birth Certificate ng petitioner if F2A ang case, may nabasa ko kasi sa NVC instructions na sa certain cases lang siya applicable but in some forums nabasa ko na need daw..

Q1 - wala ka namiss
Q2- pwede rin but make sure to write your name
Q3 - yes, you need to write your case number on all of your documents including your DS230 forms
Q4 - No need for petitioner's birth cert (but if u want to be sure bigay mo na rin)

additionally, you may want to photocopy all of your documents para may kopya ka
