^It should have been fast din sa NVC sis. Did your hubby submitted a letter na your baby were granted an expidite process sa USCIS? Follow yung steps sa page 1 that I copy and paste. Para ma expidite din process sa NVC. Though malapit na kayo kasi you paid the AOS na eh.

I wish nga na mura lang yung ticket nila...Tight pa naman pera ngayon.

^oo sis gumawa siya ng letter at sinabi rin niya dun sa tinawagan niya. yung step 2 about s doctor, hindi ata applicable un s amin.

^Ahh okay, maybe instead of doc certificate ba yun. Pwede sabihan nyo you can't leave the baby while you go there sa US. And the visa is only valid till Jun. (Tama bah June validity?)

Kasi I think yung step 2 just means anong reason why e-expidite yung case nyo. Ibigay nyo yung photocopy ng visa validity mo instead of doc certificate. Also how old the baby is, di pweding e-leave behind.

^Ahhh okay... But you already paid your baby's AOS right and submitted the I-864? Susunod dyan is IV Fee Bill & submission of DS 230 then case complete so malapit na din.

Usually pag nabigyan na kayo ng AOS email may IV Fee Bill email din after a week or so.

^sis tumawag asawa ko, jusko antay pla nila yun I-864, kasi nagaantay kami ng bar code dahil gnn yung sa akin dati kaya di pa namin binigay yung I-864. un pla di na nid nung bar code. tapos daw ska bbgy yung visa. ewan ko kung anong visa sinasabi nung babae. nagmamadali daw kc dahil magsasara na sila

^Ahhh I see. So pwede na nyang e-submit yung I-864 pala w/o the bar code? Did he look online (nasa 1st page yung link) when he paid? Kasi it will generate there online after you paid the AOS eh. And print it out. If hindi clear yung pagka sabi ng nakausap nya kasi nagmamadali baka din ibang dinig yun. Kung pwe-pweding tawagan nya again. Just to be sure sis.

Or maybe iba yung process? Sa iba kasi nababasa ko yung na expidite the same process din, the difference lang is it's very fast.

^bale kasi yung dati sa akin nung F2A pa ako, after nabayaran na yung AOS online, db me document cover sheet na piprint dun? tpos gagawin na yung I-864. e that time, me email din sa akin na bar code sheet, kaya dalawa yung sinubmit namin nun. yun pala yung bar code sheet para lang sa mga di applicable yung electronic processing ngayon ko lang napansin. kaya antay kami ng antay this time na ganun din, yun pala di na. yung sa online na lang pala. kaya monday ihulog na ng asawa ko yung I-864.

^Ahhh I see. Yup sis. Yung sa online lang kailangan nya no need na yung isa na received mo na bar coded. That was only your own copy sis. May nakuha din kasi parents ko sa email nila na ganyan pero yung nasa online lang ginamit ko.

Okay na yan sis. Pag nasa system na nila yung I-864, yung IV Fee Bill and DS 230 na susunod then case complete and transfer sa USE Manila. Or pwede din nilang e submit na doon sa USE Manila yung papers ng baby nyo and doon na kayo sa Embassy e-submit yung DS230 forms with civil docs supporting and the IV Fee Bill na babayaran nyo. Together na dyan medical and interview.

sis aien, yup sis pwede that is if NVC will expidite and forward her papers na sa USE Manila. If not, they will make the process faster para ma case complete. Actually since they do email communications now, mas mabilis nalang process. So yeah baka by March tapos na kayo.

Next petition will be my sisters. Hay, waiting time nito ang taas over 21 na kasi sila. What's the estimate nga 9-13 years?

@lyn - pwede na silang i-petition ng parents mo pag dating dyan di ba? f2b naman sila kung single pa, right? wala pang 10 years pag f2b di ba. kasi yung sa grand aunt ko f4 - 1987, 2009 lang ata naging current.

Bias kasi yung CO kasi he live in Virginia for awhile and studied at the University of Tennessee, same with his neice now that is still there. Sinwerte sila sa CO nila.

And YES sis sabay yung pag email sa inyo yung sa DS3032 and AOS sa petitioner and beneficiary. Pag ni-registered nyo email nyo, beneficiary also gets a cc email from NVC. Same lang laman sa emails.

@sis misao, Yup sis F2B silang dalawa. And if they filed this year yung PD na pinaprocess nila ngayon for F2B is 01JUN99, so that's like 12 years waiting sa penitition noon 1999. Kaya sana nga yung VB will have a huge leap this March, we'll pray all together for that...

Wow, that's like 22 years waiting...ang tagal ng F4.

sis aien, pahabol...when your hubby send the I-864 make it express mail sa USPS kasi 1 day lang receive na nila sa NVC.

And it only cost $25.

sis kuruga, about AOS forms you can get those sa uscis.gov website, click forms and all forms are there na. The petitioner can fill it out then print it. And don't forget to sign it with date.

Kasi once NVC email you to pay AOS na after the status online said PAID, the bar coded cover sheet will be generated. And the petitioner then can print that out. That will be the cover sheet aside sa summary cover sheet you will have in submitting your I-864 forms with it's supporting docs.

in my case i have to wait again for another 10 years due to retrogression... PD's for F3 is really moving too slow

ang tagal naman ng movement ng f2b category. my sister petition me and our other sibling in 2005. we got approved in 2009. sana bumilis naman ng konti yung process nila.
