Hi mga sis!

buhayin ko lang yung thread na to.

we just found out that hubby has varicocele sa left part ng scrotum. I can sense that he is very disappointed sa result niya ako din infact but I dont want to show him that kasi baka mawalan siya ng pag asa.

We do not want to undergo surgery agad2 kung may mga success rate naman from other sissies' experience here na magimprove and nakabuo by just taking supplements and vitamins.

My hubby kasi is not a healthy eater- he is very picky with food. Mostly meat (pork, beef and chicken) and does not eat seafood of any kind except fish (tuna lang) I am encouraging him to do a total lifestyle change baka it will help. At the moment he is taking usana essentials, coquinone and biomega. Are there any sort of exercise ba na bawal sa kanila?

He does not feel any discomfort daw kasi e but I am just scared na baka pag nag gym na siya e mas lalong lumala.

Pls share your stories naman para ma uplift kami!

^better get a second opinion, the best na rin na sa CARMI na siya magpa semen analysis.

My hubby had it done the first time sa Makati Med, <5M lang daw ang sperm count which is sobrang baba compared sa 20M na needed to fertilize. Kinapa kapa daw ng doctor and sabi nga ma Varicocele siya. May vein daw na may bara at need operahan. Yun lang, walang alternative na gamot or anything na sinabi. So sobrang down si hubby ko. Alam mo naman ang mga lalaki kapag tungkol sa pototoy nila eh very defensive at ayaw ipagalaw. hahaha. Baka daw di na siya magka erection! toinks!


So sabi ko sige magpasecond opinion tayo sa St. Luke's. Ayun, very normal ang results sa kanya. Siguro nakatulong din na 4 days abstinence this time. Pero kasi yung last 3days rin naman. Anyways, he cleared out na.

So wag siya agad paopera. Baka naman may something lang kaya mababa.

^sis his first SA ni hubby ko sa may ortigas tapos the recent one sa CARMI na and although may konting improvement compared to the last one pero hindi ganon kasobra so when he had his Ultrasound nakita nga na meron daw varicocele sa left part nya. Kainis nga when we went there halos lahat ng uro for infertility halos out of the country pa.

^as for my hubby parang usana helped  based on my hubbys result of taking usana essentials + coq10 for over 4 mons na  the second SA of hubby was not really super nag increase or nag improve in all aspect (i think factor is may  varicocele siya) but now ang problem nalang is morphology and count compared sa first na lahat below sa normal range including mga liquefaction time tapos morphology before was 99.9% abnormal forms ngayon around 3% normal na.

he isnt taking any other vits na maliban sa mga yun. Pinapa Continue ko pa rin sa kanya baka sakaling mas magimprove pa hehe

^y [textspeak!] SIL ko nag UUSANA and dun kami sa kanila bumibili, essentials (2 botts) and biomega (1 bot) tinetake namin now for more than 2 months na, 5k for 3 botts:) sabi nya mas makakamura daw if magpapamember pero tinatamad pa ko so bili [textspeak!] muna kami sa kanila

4 months ago na pala ang last post dito. hehe. papost na din, first time ko ito. 

sis avitot, nagttake pa din ba si hubby mo ng usana? musta na ang result? naghahanap nga kami ng distributor ng usana ngayon kasi gusto ko sana makapagtake na agad kami ng supplements para mageffect din agad kaso ang labo kausap ng mga distributor na naka-chat ko hehe.

nagpa-SA si hubby sa st. lukes. 17.5m lang ang count and 4% lang ang normal. i hope makatulong ang usana sa improvement ng sperm nya.
