^yesterday was my last day! I LOVE JUJU CLEANSE!

sorry medyo gross eto pero kanina, 2x ako nag poop, puro liquid siya pero reddish yellow. feeling ko mga dumi dumi ng katawan ko yon.

I did it 1st for a day, then did the 3 days 2 weeks after.

I get terrible migraines on the 1st days - probably due to caffeine withdrawal.

Yes, you can go to work but do not schedule any outside business lunches or dinners. Not that your body functions will be an inconvenience - but because you should not unnecessarily tempt yourself with food and drinks.

Just bear in mind while you are on the Juju Cleanse that your body is undergoing a process like Spring cleaning -- so you will be mindful of your behavior. There will be no crutches like coffee, coke, junk food -- so stay calm, do not get stressed out.

If you are looking at this as a weight loss aid - yes, it can provide the jump start. But, what you do AFTER the cleanse is the weight loss program.

IMO, if you are really determined about this - read up on it first kasi - try the Level 3 for just 1 day. IF you survive that -- do the 3day Cleanse next, whatever level. That way, if you can't hack it - less money lost.

rain- hindi siya pampapayat talaga eh. pang detox lang. sabi nga ni aquacharly, pang jump start lang. kaya mag gym na tayo!

yes, pwede ka mag work. pero from my experience, mainit ang ulo ko. gutom eh! kaya iwas ako sa mga nakakainis na tao. hehe

i have 5 friends who tried it. only one of them was able to complete 3 days. everyone else gave up on the second day. i guess it really takes a lot of commitment

I did not break out. I got migraines the 1st day; mainit na ulo ko morning of the 2nd day.
But you really feel good by the 3rd dy -- you will wish you could go on forever with it... You smell different - mabango!

Try it nga for 1 day, to see if you can commit. Then, go for the 3 days.
It gets easier, next tie you o the 3days again.
I plan to do it to again after this long weekend to ease me into the Master Cleanse -- lol, dami ko kasi junk food and coke!
