I was expecting the worst kasi nga parang ang daming nega feedback but except for the 1-hour delay sa flight namin going to PP, ok naman. Yung pabalik, mas mabilis at mas maaga kami. Napansin ko, there were 3 flights ahead of us (Virac, Kalibo, Bacolod) na on time naman. Yung flight na supposedly after us, Tacloban, on time din. Sana palaging ganun. Kaya daw kami nadelay dahil sa refueling at waiting pa for the FAs.

We just got back from Iloilo and we took Zest Air for the first time. Kainis kasi for our Outbound flight we received an email that it was supposed to depart early. From 505pm it was moved to 330p. So better kasi hinahabol namin yung oras ng coding. That same day, we were getting ready to leave the house and we received another email that the flight will be moved back to 505pm. So, nagpa late kami ng konti. But we still have to leave early kasi coding yung kotse. We arrived around 130p at Domestic Airport. Then, yung nakasulat dun e ginawa na namang 330p. So ok lang samin kasi maaga naman kami dumating. But while we were waiting for our boarding, sinabi 505p na naman daw. Hay... para kaming tama dun. Kainis. Tapos, hindi naman saktong 505pm kami nakaboard. Mga 530pm na.

On our returning flight, the flight was delayed for 1 hour but it was ok because it was due to heavy rains.

Sana lang mag inform sila ng maayos kapag may delays sa flight and huwag naman sana yung pabago bago sila ng isip.

We will never book flights with Zest Air again...

Went to Marinduque last week for a work-related trip. Two hours delayed ang flight. Pabalik namin to Manila, two hours delayed din. Worse, ang baho pa ng aircraft nila.

Badtrip lang because we don't have any choice because sila lang ang lumilipad from/to Marinduque/Manila.

I got a text from Zestair that all San Jose flights will be cancelled starting June 30. Ano ba! ganun2 na lang yun. tapos sabi irerefund daw or wait until magresume ang flights na hindi pa nila alam kung kelan. anong klaseng sagot yun?

^Oh wow, that's extremely unacceptable. So yeah they'll refund pero ano yon, sige bahala ka na lang mag-book ulit ng flight with another airlines. That's customer service at its worst.

sisses, sumagot na zestair sa akin. pede daw i-refund in full, as in pati web charges at outright cash sa zest air offices or reroute to any destination of my choice. i dunno, baka effect ito ng pag-warla ko sa kanila sa fb

sis, pede yan i-outright cash. you look at my wall in FB. ganyan nangyari sa akin. You research about the new CAB guidelines on refund. That can help.

I was able to reroute mine and na refund nung friends ko yung kanila in outright cash.

you just have to go to any zest air ticketing office to get outright cash refund. here is their message:

Good day Ms Matet Garcia Reyes,

First of all, we're very sorry about the cancellation of your flights. Our flight cancellation is effective starting June 30,2012 until further notice.

You can refund your ticket in FULL AMOUNT including the web charge. Even if you availed it using your credit card online, you can have it refunded in OUTRIGHT CASH in any Zest Air ticket office provided that you bring a valid ID of the passenger/s, e-ticket, and the credit card you used for online purchase. A copy of credit card will do.

If you don't want to go to ticket office, we'll process the refund and charge it back to your credit card but it will take about 30-60 banking days.

You also have an option to reroute your flight to ANY Zest Air domestic destination within the validity of your ticket.

Please advise us your option.
Once again, we're sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you.

Syempre if you prefer to get it through CC pa din, that would take 30-60 days.
