Bought 5 ticket for my family last March 8 for my wedding. ILO-MLA flight vise versa. As per my mom ok naman daw. They were able to give wheelchair assistance to my father at the airport so kudos to them. We bought another ticket for our trip to Iloilo this May. I'll be bringing my 2 year old son and hopefully no glitches and safe yung trip namin. I'm a little bit worried and scared because it will be our first time to take Zest Air.

Also, I just noticed after we boked the reservation that their baggage allowance is only 10kgs. yay! Sana hindi kami ma excess kasi I'll be bringing home our old Desktop computer and mabigat siya. =(

Ay naku a word of advice don't book with them! Here's our story,
Our return flight from Bohol to Manila is March 5 10am, 11:45am na nakikita lang namin binaba lahat ng baggage sa plane nila so kami pa nagtanong sa kanila kung anong problema. Wala man lang nagannounce na mdedelay flight nila due to some reason. Tapos [textspeak!] maaayos pa 3pm dahil yung mechanic nila manggagaling pa ng manila. So nagwawala na kami eh pano ka ba naman sasakay sa eroplanong bagong ayos? Hello ano kami guinea pig na testingan kung ayos na yung plane? So amidst all the violent reactions at pag mishandle ng manager nila na matapang pa kesa sa min imbes na apologetic pa sila, nagdecide na kami irebook na lang kinabukasan kasi stressed out na kami and gutom na yung kids. Sagot naman daw nila food na Jollibee, pagdating yung 49ers na meal pa binigay para tuloy kaming mga pulubi nakakabwiset. Eto pa ayaw sagutin ang accomodations dahil diff company daw sila from cebu pac or pal na nagooffer ng ganun for cancelled flights. Sabi ko obvious nga na iba kayo kasi wala kayong pakelam sa mga pasahero nyo. Sabi pa php150 lang daw per passenger ma i ooffer nila. Kinabukasan tinanong namin yung 150 na pinromise nila para lang daw yun sa mga nag antay the previous day til 5pm na hindi din naman natuloy yung flight. So halagang 150 sa mga pinag antay nila buong araw hindi na no!
Eto pa nakakatawa, ultimo sa touch down sa manila, nasa grounds na kami ng terminal 4, 20mins delayed pa din! Iihi lang yung 6 y/o kong anak ayaw pang pumayag dahil aandar na daw eroplano, eh 10mins pa nakalipas bago umandar. Kung pinaihi na nila yung bata sa umpisa natapos na. Umiyak na lang tuloy sa eroplano anak ko kaya hanggang paglabas nagmumura ako. Sobrang bad experience ko dito, first and last time na namin sa zest air talaga yun.

bakit ganon parang hindi naman totoo ang sale ng zest air, kahit kailan sila nagsale every time na chineck ko regular price naman....

I don't have a choice but to book with zest kasi sila lang ang nagpupunta ng marinduque and we really want to go to Bellarocca

^ same here sis. i thought may sale starting kaninang madaling araw pero wala naman yung P488 base fare nila to domestic flights. been trying to book for December flight sana pero everytime i hit the Next 5 days button bumabalik sa April dates

asar kami sa ZA flight namin last month. we booked online parang 3 days yata before our trip. the day before the trip wala pa rin sila pinapadala sa email ko. when we tried calling them that afternoon busy lagi line nila till inabot na ng after-office hours ayun di na busy this time wala ng sumasagot. kaasar! till 5pm lang pala customer service nila?!? nastress tuloy kami if tuloy ang travel namin or not. kasi 11am (something) ang flight and we were still in the province luluwas pa lang kami the morning of our flight tapos wala kaming ticket. buti na lang a few minutes before 8am may sumagot na sa wakas sa customer service hotline nila. ang kaso ang sabi ba naman sa amin matagal na daw naisend sa email! grr! eh wala nga! magpapakahirap ba naman kaming tawagan sila kung meron na! buti na lang din nai-printscreen ko na i paid via credit card for our tickets. may hiningi syang codes sa akin and then she emailed the tickets. eh what if di ko nai-printscreen yun at wala akong mabigay nung nag-ask sya ng codes eh di hindi nya ise-send yung tickets? eh di hindi natuloy ang bakasyon namin? kaasar!
buti na lang umabot pa kami sa flight namin. we got to the airport closed na yung check-in counter for our flight. buti na lang inasikaso kami nung isang staff nila kaya ayun natuloy pa rin ang bakasyon namin. bad start nga lang.

i tried mock booking sa zest air. bakit di ko makita yung flight time? i can only see the date pero yung time wala. i even reached the screen where i need to enter my cc details hoping na lalabas yung time but to no avail, i still can't see it.

our flight with zest air, Kalibo - Manila was delayed for 30 mins. tolerable naman, kasi yung flight before us, 2 hours delayed. so ok na rin. smooth din landing. no problem whatsoever.  Thank God we had a safe and memorable trip!

"Charge it to experience"

My bf & I decided to go to Coron, Palawan less than 2months before our trip. We compared fares bet. Cebu Pac, AirPhil, ZA. The cheapest was ZA, thus we booked our flights here. Wala naman naging problem sa booking.

On the day of our flight to Coron (Busuanga), our departure was delayed by 2hrs for many reasons - the first was late arrival of the turn-around plane tapos yung next reason was ramp congestion. I wondered kung madedelay pa kami ng mas matagal & kung ano na naman kayang rason or palusot. Even the patience of foreigners travelling with us was starting to run out. On our e-ticket, the departure time was 9:40am, we actually left Manila at 12:15pm.

On our flight back, ganun din ang istorya. Delayed na naman ang flight namin by more than 3 hours. What's new? But this time, wala man lang announcement about the status of our flight. I went to the check-in counter 3x to ask personally kung bakit delayed, kung nakaalis na ba sa Manila ang plane namin, blah blah blah. Inabot na kami ng lunch time sa airport. On our e-ticket, the departure time was 11:15am, we left 2:30pm. Kainis!

To prolong our agony, hindi nakapag-touchdown agad yung plane namin. Umikot pa kami over Manila Bay for 30 minutes. Then tumigil pa kami ng matagal for almost 1hr sa runway because of kung-anumang-congestion. Yung supposed to be 45mins flight lang became 1hr-30mins! Hay! Nakaka-stress! As my bf said "Parang nananadiya itong ZA."

Moral lesson for me: Do NOT ride ZestAir ever again.

Same here. I checked last apr 13 and RT was 4k+. when are you going? Kami december pa. We're booked na at bellaroca. Now just really need to book air tickets. There will be 11 of us, 8 adults and 3 kids. I'm wondering nga if better na lang that we charter a flight but i dont have any idea pa how much this will cost.

my friend and his wife was supposed to go on a honeymoon today (Bohol trip). unfortunately, they waited for 8 hours na delay ng Zest Air. ang ending, cancelled na ang flight nila for today.

I was pleasantly suprised with Zestair last week on our trip to Boracay. We booked roundtrip flights via Kalibo and they were fast and hassle free. May airphil and cebu pac flights na delayed but samin wala. Ang bilis talaga, I dont know kung nachempuhan lang namin but it was such a pleasant experience and I was really thankful especially kase kasama namin my 19 month old daughter.

Lahat ng ZestAir sa Terminal 4 lang?

Anyone here na alam mag commute papunta dun? Like maybe coming from Baclaran or Coastal Mall?

First time kasi magbiyahe ni Yaya and hindi siya maihatid kasi 4am flight niya. So commute nalang siya since wala naman siyang check in luggage.

from redemptorist road sakay sya ng jeep papuntang airport road cor. quirino ave. baba sya dun sakay sya ng jeep byaheng mia/domestic. kung galing syang coastal road sakay sya ng bus or jeep papuntang quirino ave. baba sya dun sa elementary school na malapit sa tulay tapos sakay sya ng mia/domestic na jeep or baba sya sa may 611 then tawid sya papuntang domestic road then sakay ulit sya ng jeep.
