Is it just me, or my problem ang website ng zestair?

@_ania_ their server couldn't handle the demand... they should upgrade it if they want to compete with the like of cebupac

Sis Darna - So far ayus naman sa Zest air, wala pa naman akong na experience na delay flights .

I would say talagang depende and case to case talaga ang situation/experience sa ZEST AIR (or kahit na saang airlines)

kasi ako so far 3 times na ako nakapag zest air (all round trip travels) so far no delays, no cancellations and no problem.

Yung iba naman talagang everytime na sasakay sila ng ZEST AIR, may problema...

Na-feature sa news kanina ang Zest Air. I forgot kung what naging problem pero lahat ng pasahero nagreklamo. Hay I'm hoping yung flight namin sa May di naman maging ganun. First plane ride ko kasi yun if ever, kaya sana maging smooth ang byahe.

I saw the news about zest air! Part kami sa nacancl ang flight..kala ko Marinduque flight lang, yun pla pati mga nasa Manilla and Palawan nacancel, ewan ko pa sa iba.  Before hat nakareceive na kami na delay ng 1 hour ang flight, pag dating aa airport ng mariqnduque sabi delay na naman..3x nadelay..fro 110..naging 210 then 3pm.lmga 430 wala pa advisory then may lumapit na sai cancelled flght!! Waahhh..im 4 months preggy with 2 yr old son, so panic mode! Reason na binigay, di daw makalipad eroplano!huwaattt! So nstead na parebook taking the same plane, wag nalang! Nagtyaga sa roro for 3 hours then land transpo ng 6 hours..lucena to pampanga!!! Kaya never again Zestair!!!

Oh no sis. Grabe naman. Ang daming flight pala yung nadelay then na-cancel.

^this usually happens when the airline is kinda new... starting to increase flights... pretty much like what cebupac experienced a few years ago....

^No, this is what happens when marketing oversells a route and there are not enough equipment and manpower to service it. The same problem CebuPac had before. And is still experiencing up to now.

^meaning they schedule a lot of flights but they have limited planes?

Oh my! they should have sold tickets na kaya lang nila ipalipad. Kawawa naman yung mga na-cancel ang flights lalo na yung mga may important schedules to go to work or business matters.

  Oh yes and manpower, sana maging considerate lahat ng airline companies sa mga employees nila. They work really hard, they deserve na maka-receive ng dagdag sahod  .

My first time to call Z.A. office for our boracay package March 9 ,2012 and flew the next day. No bloopers or glitches at all. 2008 booked online for tacloban-Mnl, ok din.Hopefully stays that way.
