sis neng10 - tumawag din ako para magparebook, P672+ fare difference ng new sked ang rebooking fee. Halos 1.3k ang sinisingil niya sken. Naiisip ko nga na maghintay na lang ng mas murang papunta then gamitin ko na lang ang pauwing ticket sa kanila kaso baka naman singilin nila ako ng No-Show, 1.2k+ din un. Hays.

Update: Tumawag ulit ako sa ZestAir, mas mura pa kasi kapag new ticket, pwede naman pala iyon, then paCancel ang old ticket para if gagamitin ulit, rebooking fee + 672 lang ang babayaran walang no-show.

@sis gem_08, based from experience, and hand carry ng zest air is chinecheck in nila. ang pwede mo lang dalhin sa loob ng plane with you is your small bag.

@sis danda, hindi na rin ako nagparebook, bumili na lang ako ng bagong ticket. i waited for a promo fare so nakamura pa ako kesa paying for rebooking fees.

^sis, if you notice, pag nagtry ka mag-mock book, there's an option of no baggage and with baggage for a 100php fare difference. sabi dun:

Tickets issued under NO BAGGAGE wherein passenger(s) arrives with check in baggage, penalty of PHP 312.00 EXTRA FEE shall be collected, thus will automatically have free baggage on type of aircraft to be used and subject to collection of excess baggage if there's any.

Baggage Allowance: 0 kgs
Overweight Fee: PHP 80 (+12% VAT) / kg

I think this is a new policy of zest air, kasi before nung natry ko yung airline, hindi pa ganito yung booking policy. I am not sure if this is different with the hand carry kasi our hand carry baggage were checked in dati. maybe other sisses can enlighten us.

waah! naku no baggage yung sinelect ko sis. nagcheck ako ng flight scheds nila..yung mnl-usu and vice versa may nakalagay na 10kgs starting dec16 onwards daw. yun na kaya yung free baggage? i tried calling their customer svc pero sobrang busy! haay!

Then for a while di ako sumakay ng Zestair pero dahil sa mahal ng ibang airlines, napilitan akong sumakay ng Zestair at in fairness, malaking improvement ang naexperience ko. Di na sila nadedelay at malamig na ang plane nila. So since then, dun na lang ako nagbook ng flights ko, cheaper din kasi.

was able to book kanina mla-tagbilaran. pero 1 way lang di ko na naabutan pabalik na promo. sobra hirap makapasok sa site, tyagaan.

I bought roundtrip tickets to Kalibo last week for April. Doubtful kase ko magsi-seat sale for this period. For 2 adults and 1 infant, 6.5k binayaran ko kasama na yung 10% discount for bdo card.

Bago nga plane nila sis no.. last night yung A320 yung nasakyan namin ni hubby pauwe from Kalibo.. infaiirness di delayed.. nakasakay kami on time, kaya lang matagal  bago kami nag-take off kasi hinintay pang mag-land yung padating na Cebu Pac na plane to Kalibo..

nagbook ako ng flight sa CDO sa Zest Air, last Friday ang lipad namin. E diba bumabagyo sa part na, sukat ba namang hindi kinancel ang flight namin. Nagsabi sila ng cancel ang flights ng 20mins na kaming nasa ere. buti di pinilit ng piloto na ilipad pa dahil kung hindi, kasama pa kami sa casualties ngayon.

sana magkaron ng maagang judgement and zest air para di sila makaabala masyado ng tao. sayang ang pamasahe papuntang airport.

Question lang po, one of my supposed companions to a flight scheduled on the 2nd Jan wont be able to join us. Does Zest refund or transfer tickets? Anyone knows how this works? Their website is not doing any help neither there customer relations department. TIA!

^ it depends on the type of ticket you were able to avail sis.. if it's not a promo ticket, it is refundable subj to additional fees.. just like what we did last year, one of our companions was not able to come with us.. since we were told that it is not transferable, we were able to do a refund instead and then book another ticket for the new companion.. hth

^na-try ko zest air last feb, wala naman free shuttle from kalibo to caticlan. bumili kami ng bus ticket.

2600 for 2 pax rt, with insurance
