^sis i have paypal acct. Dun lang sa website nila. Pero di ko magagamit kasi  wala pa akong eon card.. Sa unionbank naman yun. Pero baka pwede rin ibang card na iconnect sa paypal.. Tignan mo na lang sis. Meron na yata paypal ph.

you have to register first and then you have to have a credit card in order to verify your account. kukunin nya lang yung credit number mo and then magbabawas ng mga $1 something pero ibabalik nya din sau yung amount just to verify lang yung account tapos pwede mo na gamitin yun to any transactions. ako kasi bank transfer to my bpi account pero may fee shempre mga 150 din yun so mas ok kung may eon card ka mejo matagal din ang processing 4-5 days ata compare to bank transfer na 2-3 days lang.

@ sis lesters eon card is like an atm card from union bank. pwede mo lagyan tapos pwede iwithdraw.. nagtry ako magapply nyan kaso hindi ko na kinuha eh.. bank transfer na lang ako sa bpi account ko.

nope sis.. what I mean is yung eon is like an atm card. kapag nagapply ka for paypal you have to have a credit card para maverify mo yung account kasi kapag hindi mo ginawa yun hindi ka pwedeng magwithdraw ng pera from paypal to your account(bank account). nasan ka po ba? i'm not sure kung pano if sa ibang bansa ka but parang same lang ata.

^first time ko rin narinig to eh. Sa school lang kanina. 100 deposit lang kaya nag apply na rin ako. Hehe! ano ba requirement ng paypal? dapat visa international credit/debit card? Or pati yung bank tinitignan? Gagamitin ko lang sana for facebook games. Adik eh no. Hehe try ko rin na direct from atm debit card sa pag purchase ng fb credits, kung pwede, di ko na rin iapply ng paypal..

sis did you mean yung 3 digits sa likod ng credit card? kasi nung nagregister ako ginamit ko yung credit card ko to verify my account. regarding dun sa kung visa or mastercard, i think pwede sila pareho.. teka hanapan kita ng tutorial panu magregister sa paypal..

I think so.. kasi pano ka magbabank transfer. not necessarily magopen ka ng union bank account kasi yung eon parang ganun na rin eh.. not sure lang if may maintaining balance kasi hindi ko pa nagagamit ang EON eh.. pero sa mga nababasa ko sa internet ganun.

Additional info lang to those who wants to use paypal. The reason why most of paypal (philippines) users are using EON is because Paypal didn't open money withdrawal to other bank accounts when they first offered their service here. Pero as far as I know, ngayon pwede ka na magwithdraw to other banks... it's just that mas marami kasing feedback ang EON because of the reason stated above. But nevertheless, you can use visa credit/debit card to verify your account and any bank account to withdraw. just make sure you:
1. sign up in paypal
2. have enough money in your debit card for verification since paypal will deduct $1.95 (they will give it back after few days)
3. input the correct bank code for withdrawals. just google search for any site na merong "list of paypal bank codes in the philippines"

sis pwede naman.. bank transfer. ako kasi bpi ang gamit ko wala akong eon card. hindi ko na kasi kinuha sa unionbank eh..
