Ang alam ko sis meron ipo-proposed na salary increase ang DBM for 2016..pero Im not sure about the details yet. Ang alam ko rin is nagpapasurvey ang DBM last year for this planned increase, kaso di raw nila natapos kaya di umabot for 2015 - and that's why meron PEI for 2015.

Sana i-adopt nila yung proposal ni Trillanes lol. 16k ang min/SG 1. Or pwede rin additional na allowances in the form of PERA/ADCOM tapos across the board na lang.

^sana nga mga sis, we really need it..hindi na makasabay sa inflation rate ang sweldo natin.

yung SSL nun time ni GMA, that was timed yata in the middle of her administration diba? So, ang last tranche ng increase was 2012 pa. correct me if I am wrong though.

Ano kayang issue ni PNOy sa mga government workers at medyo parang mahigpit sila sa pagbibigay ng mga benefits (allowances, salary increase)? haha

^we can only speculate. pero pangit kasi epekto kasi like samin naging mahigpit ang pagmeasure ng performance tapos tatanggalan pa ng ibang bonus so masama loob ng employees, ako kasi 2013 lang naregular so di na talaga ako nakatikim ng mga bonus. may isa pa nga silang bonus from 2012 na pinapabayaran sa kanila ngayon kasi nadisallow daw. problema ng iba samin yung madami na ngang utang sila tapos babawasan pa every month ng 1k (12k yung total). tsaka pansin ko ang mga pinapasok samin lately puro from the private sector so medyo kumahog sila sa pag adjust. kung dati puro austerity measures ngayon parang boss-type na talaga na kahit makonsumo masyado sa resources, basta gusto ng boss yun, susunod ka. dami ko na sinabi. lols!

Dito din sa amin may nakaambang , kasi sa pagkakaalam ko ay pinaglalaban pa na wag maging "disallowance", yung naibigay na before (2011 or 2012 yata)...medyo malaki lang. and korek, meron nga yung "500 Club", na ang weekly nasa 500pesos na lang ang takehome, kawawa naman sila if ever.

dati kasi sa mga allowances lang nakakabawi given na maliit lang naman ang sweldo, lalo na for lower SGs.

So I happened to read a post sa FB about yung SSL IV which I think is based sa proposal na version ni Trillanes. While I welcome the idea of an increase, mukhang masyado naman unfair for lower SGs na hindi naman ganun kalakihan ang increase versus those up top na OA ang increase.

I read a comment that summarizes it all, Im posting it here:

I'm a govt employee, Im so happy about this Bill but there's too much increase among those who are in the Top Positions...Where's the impartiality and equality there...yes, these Top positions have that increasing and great responsibilities but the increase is just too much...even there's only 1 person in SG33 but 7.33% is too way high...imagine 1M in a monthly basis...(this is only an amateur opinion, I dont know what's there basis for their calculation)

Eto yung copy nun bill, for second reading pa raw..pero ang sabi-sabi ay tinatarget for Jan 2016 na approval.

HOWEVER, it appears na meron rin sariling version ang DBM...ewan ko lang if their version is an upgrade or downgrade of bill on the link above.

Sa amin wala pa yung PEI namin.. pinagtatalunan.pa raw kung entitled ang ahensya namin, if national or local kami, national lang daw kasi ang entitled pero we believe na iniipit lang talaga, ikanga eh pinapatubuan pa sa bangko ang pera kaya di pa binibigay samin.. As of the salary increase naman, I heard may step increment na 1%..ang laki noh.. hahaha..

^may ganun ba? na hindi bibigyan ang LGU? ang alam ko lahat ng government employees meron eh. tsaka automatic naman a 100% makukuha kasi mababa lang ang requirements to get 100% ng PEI.

Step increase naman sis every 3 years, o diba? di mahabol ang inflation rate talaga.

mukhang sure na yung salary increase kasi included na sa budget, probably yung percentage nalang and imomodify kasi ang layo nga ng difference nung nasa higher ranks. so lets hope for the best. once na naka include na sa budget eh 99% sure na  yun.
