thanks all for the advices. patience nga lang siguro yung solution. lalong dumami pa ngayon ang acne ni baby pati sa chest and back. hope will heal soon.

nagkaroon cradle cap baby ko. nireseta ni pedia, hydrocortisone. na-try nyo ba ito sa baby nyo? okay ba ang result?

sis share ko lang yung baby ko nagka cradle cap din as in malala.. nag langib na yung ulo nya pati sa eyebrow and ears meron na. baby oil lang sis ang ginamit ko, ibabad mo lang sa ulo nya sa part na affected then next morning paliguan mo sha. habang pinapaliguan mo i comb mo [textspeak!] part kase malambot na yun eh. tanggal agad yan.

^acne and pimple are the same. same "family" sill. skin asthma is usually flaky & reddish and once it dries up nangingitim cya.

hey guys,

i need help....my daughter (5yrs old) have white spot or an-an on her face. last week 1 palang then now 3 na...anyone experienced this? what do ointment do you normally apply? any home remedies?

try tinactin. i cant remember the other liquid solution for my mom used on me--all i remember is it stung. nagkaroon ako nun when we stayed in a baguio hotel and used their towels when i was younger kaya eversince we'd pack our own towels. dry wet towels properly and don't use/re-use wet towels let alone share.

welcome di naman flakey yun parang nagdiscolor ang skin tapos white small to medium patches fungal infection ata yun. anyhow hope your baby gets well soon.

mommies anyone familiar dun sa flaky rashes sa kilay? Yung flakes medyo makapal and yellowish ang color. Meron na rin palang konti sa tenga ni baby. Eczema ba yun? How to treat? Thanks!

Bump ko lang tong thread na to. Kasi my 3 week old baby bigla nalang may rashes sa mukha. medyo nagfreak out ako so I researched and found out about baby acne. She doesn't seemed to be bothered by it though, pero praning parin ako.

I texted pedia's secretary, kaso may pagkabitch yung sec, di man lang sumagot. namumuro na siya sa akin, kaya kahit like ko si pedia, baka i will switch pedias nalang.

For those whose babies had this, how often do you wash/punas/bathe baby? And what do you use?
Gaano katagal bago nawala yung acne? TIA!

I dont know how true or effective this is pero sabi nila you can put BM daw sa rashes or skin problems ni baby and its supposed to make it better. I dont know if its an old wives tale but i saw an article sa internet listing down all the other alternative Uses of BM & kasama nga sya dun...

Breastmilk has anti-bacterial properties so it could be true.

For rashes, eczema, acne, try Oasis baby oil. I also like Ilog Maria's propolis ointment for insect bites.

Marose17 & grayce: actually yun din sabi ng mom ko sakin. Actually gusto nyang punasan ko ng BM si baby kasi nakaka-ganda daw ng skin. Kaya lang hello nasasayangan ako sa BM ko! Hehe!

Ive tried applying yung nag le-leak na bm ko sa face nya though, wala naman akong nakikitang positive or negative effect, hopefully though dahil ginawa ko yun eh di na nga magka-rashes yung son ko

yung baby ko nawala na skin problem nya. siguro nga pag medyo malaki na sila mawawala na yun kahit di gamutin. pero almost 6 months din kami nag suffer. as in kawawa face nya lage makate at namumula.

Nitry ko yung breastmilk kagabi before sa kanyang nightly punas. Now na naman, before siya maligo, try ko ulit. Tomorrow punta kaming new pedia ni baby. Di ko type pedia ko, di sumasagot sa text, kainis pa yung secretary.

Gulo-gulo ang schedule ni baby sa pagsleep. Para na kaming zombies dalawa ni hubby

no sis, gumamit akonkung ano ano and wa epek, pero nung tinigilan ko paggamot unti unti nawala. basta everytime na wash ko sha lotion agad. dryness kase cause nyan sis.
