Sis yunnuh, maybe you can ask if they can give you discount for the kids. Some caterers give 30-50 percent off for kids kase konti nga lang kumain.

^onga sis yannuh. i had 10 kids (ages 3-6 yo) sa reception ko. free na sila sa caterer. kasi ininsist ko na hindi naman sila makakkaain ng madami, not even half ng kakainin ng regular guests.

Kudos to Kitchie Nadal and hubby Carlos Lopez for their simple, understated but obviously happy wedding. Glowing si Kitchie in her Php799 dress and super simple make up that she did herself! Iba talaga ang glow ng ikinasal na walang issues at hindi hyped.

Hi! I'm having around 30pax din at my wedding. Yung church kasi namin is in QC so nag scout kami sa may Tomas Morato area. Madaming quaint and intimate cafes dun. Usually 550-750 per pax ang nakuha naming rates. Check nyo din Romulo Cafe

Our wedding will be a simple one too. It will be in our backyard (ceremony and reception) with 30 family and friends. Music will be played on a Bluetooth speaker. We got Hizon's to cater. We booked a photographer, videographer, makeup artists, and on-the-day coordinators. Initially yung friends and sister ko sana ang magcocoordinate but h2b said mag hire na lang kami para hindi naman ma-haggard ang friends and sis ko kasi they will all be coming from the US din. Nagpagawa kami ng wedding attire but not too expensive. Plano ko mag DIY ng bouquet ko.

Sharing my super budgetarian wedding. Sa July 27 pa pero complete na lahat.

1. Church - 5K + 1K for choir. Original plan was wedding rites lang but since same rate if may mass or wala, we opted to have full mass na. plus need pa din naman ng secondary sponsors for candles, veil at cord kahit rites lang. Inclusive na ito ng church set up, red carpet, pre-cana seminar and canonical interview. Plus 500 for husband's confirmation.
TOTAL: 6,500

2. Reception
We'll have reception in a cafe na pang50 pax lang talaga. Basic package nila was 17,500 (350/head) with 2 main dish, pansit, dessert and iced tea. Pero we upgraded the iced tea to cucumber lemondae (add'l 900), added calamares for 25pax (3,225), rice for 30pax (1,000) and additional dish (4,500). Maganda na yung venue. Very instragammable kaya no need for styling.
TOTAL: 27,125

3. Florist (Church Styling and Entourage flowers)
No plans for church flowers pero may father requested na kumpletuhin na sa church since once lang niya ako mahahatid sa altar. May mahabang background story ang sa florsit namin pero let's focus sa output hehe I booked my florist for 11K (basic package A for church set up) plus entrance arch ng end of June. By July 1st, I saw sa fb page nila that they have promo for July brides. 10K for church set up and entourage flowers. So I asked if pasok ba ako dun. So we changed the contract to church styling plus enrourage flowers. All for 10K then I added nalang ng entrance arch since di siya kasama sa promo. Inclusion include:
Church Set Up
8 pairs bunch tied to chairs, 8 pairs lighted lamps on floor, 2 candle set up, 1 altar flower, 1 entrance arch (half flowers with curtain)

Enrourage
1 bridal bouquet, 1 MOH mini bouquet, 3 ninang chest pinned corsage, 2 mothers chest pinned corsage, 3 secondar sponsors wrist corsage, 2 flower maidens wrist corsage, 1 groom buttonneire, 9 male buttonneires

4. Bride and Groom Outfit
Bridal Gown - 5K + 1K for alteration

Medyo less gastos since may stock akong ng beads for jewelry making. All bead bracelets were handmade by me. I added some gifts nalang for the entourage and mas bongga ng konti ang packaging nila. Items bought in shopee.

We have stock of Otap and Dried Mangoes at home so mag-add nalang ako ng peanuts.

Opted for ready made na cake, Mango Bravo from Conti's (2890 ang 2) then nagpagawa ako cake toppers online (620).

50 lang kami lahat. Originally 50k budget lang but my father offered to add another 50k para makumplet kahit yung church manlang. May small items pa na di ko na sinama like offerings at susuotin ng family ni hubby. Personal expense na kasi niya un and yes, we shouldered all expense ng family ni hubby while my dad offered to pay for some.

^sis this is very helpful. Can you please send the names of your suppliers and venues din? Nahihirapan ako maghanap ng Church na mura pati reception package. Mga 30 guests lang din kami. Immediate family and some close friends lang.

I am totally clueless at ayoko din gumaatos ng malaki for a one day event. Might as well gamitin nalang yung pera for our future plans as a married couple.

Got married back in 2011, we had a simple wedding but not necessarily budget friendly, because I had to fly in from family from the province and got hotel rooms for both my family & my now family-in-law.   

Our goal was simple : get married in church with God's blessing in front of our family and closest friends  We stripped the celebration to the essentials and focused on what was important to us - a solemn ceremony & great food   

No pre-nup. No MOH, bestman, bridesmaids & groomsmen.
No videographer and SDE.
No bridal car - rode in the van to church with my parents & siblings.
No reception circus - venue provided an awesome pianist who played on a baby grand piano.

1. Church : Archbishop's Palace in Mandaluyong - 2k in 2011

2. All Flowers from Dangwa - 5k

3. 10-member Church Choir 5k

4.  Reception : Cafe Ysabel (the old venue) - around 60k
* We got the 1k/head package plus 500/head for suppliers
* Wedding cake (we got 3) from their regular menu

5. HMUA 7k
Bride, Groom, 2 Adults

8. All outfits from Divisoria, shoes from SM & accessories - around 30k

Invites, cord, candles, ring & coin holders, wedding veil, souvenirs, fans for church, missalettes and wedding dress belt.

Our parents & siblings helped with 1/3 of the cost, which we requested instead of getting wedding gifts. 

We could've cut down more on the cost, but at the end of the celebration, my husband & I were happy to know na walang kaming utang as a result of the wedding,
