@ chocnats- hello sis:) try mo Cafe 1771. Malapit sya sa discovery suites. You can google it sis, the interiors are so chic, and they have the function room na puwede sa number of guests mo. Top choice namin yan when we were planning sana for a manila wedding. And the food sis, sarap talaga. Hope this helps:)

talaga sis??? Do you have their packages? .  Church namin kasi is Christ the King so oks na choice rin yun. Actually, halos nabook na namin lahat ng suppliers namin pero due to financial problems, we want to let go of some of our major and minor suppliers para makatipid.

@chocnats - sadly sis we did'nt push through with the proposal/quotation part with them
Kasi we changed plans na for the wedding. But if i remember it correctly around 900++ up 1k per head. I know they can customized a menu for you, they answer queries fast.They have fb page din sis, some of the photos are posted also and some of their menu's.

There's also cafe ysabel sis, if your church is christ the king medyo lapit din kasi san juan lang din yun. I thinks around that amount din ang price nila:) hope this helps:)

^^sis chocnats i also inquired sa Cafe 1771 kaso mahal nasa 1K++ nga. How about Mom & Tina's? As far I could remember their package starts at 400/head ata. They have function rooms that can occupy 20 people, 50, 90pax. Maganda din yung place. Meron silang branch sa Pasig area ata yun.

@chocnats Try Cafe Romulo. It's not in Ortigas, it's in QC na, sa may Tomas Morato area but it's pretty pretty pretty

In our experience, simple doesn't necessarily mean tipid, in the same way as "bongga" isn't necessarily beautiful. We've seen "simple" well-thought-out weddings with little budget that are more beautiful than hardcore pinag-gastusan and still blah. It's all about the couple talaga

I initially wanted yung ganyan na breakfast lang.  as in early morning wedding tapos sa garden sa likod ng simbahan ang breakfast reception.  hayun, si hubby di pumayag -- minsan lang naman daw.  hayyy, yang "minsan lang" ang pinagmumulan ng malaking gastos.  ang target ko dati 100k for 100 pax, naging 130 k for 100 pax then ngayon at malapit na 180k na.  I am preparing na for 200k -- di ko alam kung maiinis ako eh "minsan nga lang naman".

Hello  mga sis help naman. We're also planning an intimate and simple wedding so naghahanap ako ng pasok sa budget na OTD. Yung hindi kami masyado mapapagastos sa dami ng suggestions pero syempre reliable at ok ang feedback hehe

Wala talaga sa budget namin to, ako lang talaga naginsist sa h2b ko na ayaw ko mastress on the day of our wedding. May masusuggest ba kayo na BELOW 10k ang rate? Thanks!

Just got Married last Week!
I wear a nude spag dress(450 lang) with knitted bolero(350) sa Metro Gaisano. I wear my hair up, my MUA is my bff.

the simplest wedding i came to know (i wasn't invited!) is that of a couple who invited only their immediate families. pero they still had a church wedding. may walking down the aisle pa rin and all that. pero sila lang family, the bride and groom, and the priest, inside the church. the bride wore a simple gown na knee length only. the groom is my friend's brother. ang ganda! ang intimate sobra and very solemn.
