caprice! This was how I planned my wedding originally too, and I know the feeling -- baka akala ng iba di namin afford kaya ganyan ang choices namin, pero sadya lahat! Haha. Will comment on some of your plans to add to the suggestions of everyone else.

1. Entourage - Naku hihirit talaga mga kamag-anak at kaibigan here.

It's definitely your call if you don't want this, feeling ko for a simple wedding where the entourage won't have to do anything, parang formality lang na si ganito ang bridesmaids mo, si ganito ang ring bearer -- it's really to make certain guests feel special and part of your inner circle.
2. Walking down the aisle - I think you should try and do this, only for the photo op.

I had a Christian ceremony in a library and we didn't have a traditional aisle... we kind of took over the hallway para may aisle kunwari. And it looks great sa pics. Hindi masyadong maganda yung maraming taong tabi-tabi, plus sayang ang moment.

3. I admire your guest list plans. We originally planned only 2 pairs of sponsors (mga tito at tita who would have been invited anyway) pero napagsabihan kaming hindi maganda ang 4 na sponsors so ayan, naging 8 tuloy.
4. Yes to RTW dress, but do find a nice one.

5. Kami rin we didn't prioritize video, but tuloy afterward, when we wanted to show the wedding to relatives who weren't able to come, we kind of wished na we had hired someone who could have given us a better edit. Pero di naman ito masyadong regret. If you're not hiring a photographer/videographer, try to encourage all your guests to take photos and collect them na lang. Ganyan ang ginawa namin instead of photobooth -- we collected all the photos taken by guests and put them in an online album. Those actually turned out nice, kasi iba-iba yung eye nila.
6. If di ka magco-coordinator, try to get 3 people to help you on the day. Divide the responsibilities among them and it won't be hard work for any.

For me, ang "OTD" ko yung sister ko and 2 cousins. Sister was in charge of ceremony and reception program and music, cousin 1 in charge of ceremony, cousin 2 in charge of reception.
7. I got a Red Ribbon cake! 2K lang, delivered on the day, sort of close naman yung color to my motif so pwede na.

It was yummy too.
8. We made our own invitations and souvenirs. Mej effort lang for 140 but for you this should be easy!
9. Wala rin kaming bridal car. If you're ever going to cross the street make sure you take pictures! Tumawid lang ako to my ceremony and aliw ang pics of bride crossing sa pedestrian lane, LOL.
10. Our ceremony (Christian, and we were told it was flexible) only had rings and vows. No veil, cord at candle. May arrhae and Bible but they weren't a major part of the ceremony. On time tuloy natapos! Haha.
I'm all for simple, intimate weddings, just be ready for the judgment! For me it came from everywhere, mga side comment here and there, but nagmatigas kami. No regrets at all!
