do you guys know kung ano ang cure for dry mouth? yun feeling na ang dry lagi ng mouth, na halos parang walang saliva? tapos bukod sa dry, parang meron lagi ibang lasa ang mouth? 5 minutes after magtoothbrush may kakaibang lasa na ulit ang mouth, kailangan mag chew ng gum lagi o uminom ng tubig lagi para lang mawala ang lasa na yun. diba dry mouth causes bad breath din? can i go to an ent for my problem?

sis, baka acidic ka . kasi ako may GERD pero di naman ako bad breath pero may nabasa ako dito na kapag may GERD ka, bad breath daw lahat which is not true ...or try mo na magpalinis ng ngipin every 4months, yung 6 months kasi for normal situation lang . may suitor kasi akong guy sis, nabasted ko dahil sa bad breath kasi, nakakaturnoff kasi talaga pero di naman ako racist . Pero what i did, i told him straight and magpacheck-up sya sa dentist which he did agad, yun pala may nakabara sa ilong nya na pinaopera pa nya and di pala sya lagi nagpapalinis ng ngipin... ayun, at least i helped him naman to remove his bad breath kahit nabasted ko sya

may nilagay yun dentist ko dati sa tongue to clean it. i forgot the name!

madalas its because of white coated tongue. hindi sya basta basta natatanggal ng tongue scrapper. I tried every brand na ata ng tongue scapper. Lalo na kapag yung white coated thingy sa tongue nasa malapit sa tonsils which is hard to remove pero yun ang nagiging number 1 cause ng bad breath.

so try this mga sis I find it so effective and hindi nyo alam nasa bahay lang pala ang solution.

Prepare 1 table spoon of sea salt. make sure its sea salt kasi ive heard masama ang table salt. sprinkle or ikalat nyo ang sea salt sa tongue nyo and let it stay there for a minute. Mejo stingy sya pero tiis tiis lang. Make sure na nag mumuog at after mag toothbrush gawin toh.

tapos after a minute, get your tooth brush and brush the salt on your tongue from the end papalabas. then after that mumog ulit and viola! goodbye white coated tongue na super pink healthy tongue after. tapos you will notice your breath is not anymore smelly. try it twice a day mga sis

tried it already sis pero hindi effective. after applying, wala pang 15 mins dry nanaman mouth ko. ano kaya cure sa problem ko?

sis sa isang palengke makakabili ka ng sea salt... yung salt na madalas ilagay sa isda... kasi yung iodized and table salt not recommended eh... pahirapan talaga tanggalin yun pero ones na matanggal mo yun solve na din ang bad breath mo... kahit every night mo lang gawin yung salt tongue cleansing ok [textspeak!]... try it mga sis

ilabas mo yung dila mo sis and tiis tiis kelangan mo sya ibabad sa asin for min of 1minute saka mo sya ibrush ng toothbrush papalabas after a minute then mumog mumog pra matanggal [textspeak!] asin for me I dont use mouth wash na... kasi yung white coated sa tongue talaga ang nagiging cause ng bad breath... so getting rid of it will stop bad breath

Just want to share my experience. I suffered from bad breath for the longest time and like the other sisses dito it really ruined my social life and even sa work. I just happened to assist a tonsillectomy where the surgeon found the tonsil stones hidden at the back of the tonsils. He then commented that "this patient must have a very bad breath". Right away I went for a consultation to an ENT and so I had tonsillectomy done. Sure enough the surgeon saw that I had a lot of tonsil stones at the back of my tonsils.. From then on, no more bad breath for me..Im enjoying life now without any insecurities and embarassments.

sis hindi naman rare ang sea salt, commonly known as rock salt or asin galing sa dagat in short... its all over palengke... yun kasi ang pinakamurang asin FYI.

I know someone na medyo bad breath kasi smoker, i recommended na gumamit sha ng Twin Lotus toothpaste, I knew about twin lotus from a bazaar at the world trade center, its herbal and its made in thailand, thats what i use too kasi i like the super clean feeling after brushing, i think available na sya sa mga leading supermarkets ngayon.

Twin Lotus is better than any mouthwash or toothpaste ive tried, no morning breath too after using it.

thank you sis for sharing this... i've been doing this for couple of days na, every morning, and so far ok naman... mukhang may changes nga... importante lang naman mawala yong bad odor ng breath... hoping for more improvements... dyahe talaga ang bad breath eh!
