actually pwede ka mag use daily ng mouthwash.. just use yung ALCOHOL FREE MOUTHWASH ng hindi masira normal oral flora ng mouth mo.
hindi masisira ang gums mo kahit 5x a day ka mag toothbrush kung tama ang stroke in brushing the tooth. ang SOFT BRISTLE gamitin mo if frequent ka mag brush, mag floss ka din at least 2x a day.

doc, ano ba magandang brand ng alcohol free mouthwash? I'm using Astringosol Concentrated. ok ba yun? Is it ok din to brush my tongue twice a day?

try mo kaya dentist sis...bka pwede sila magcheck nun at magtanggal...

i opened my mouth tas meron cya ginamit to check my throat.. normal na normal naman daw... tas sinabi ko nga tonsil stone... mga nag clogged nga daw na small food & colds yun.. pero wala naman daw cya nakita...

siguro you can try his reco first, pero if wala ka makita na improvements in the next 2 weeks, try to consult na a gastro.

Sis kelan lang daw pwede gumamit nang mouthwash? Para saan daw yung spray? Hannggang kelan mo daw yun gagamitin?

ORA CARE alcohol free sya sa mercury meron. or the one im using sa clinic HEX-IT available sa dental clinics [textspeak!]

use orbit (chewing gum siya) make sure it has xylitol may mga orbit chewing gum kasi na plain, nabasa ko siya sa isang magazine that it helps to prevent bad breath if an ordinary gum doesn't help try orbit instead atleast try to consume 3x a day morning, lunch, diner

something alarmed me, you mentioned something about a yellowish discharge, and a bad odor, undoubtedly sis, that is a sign of some infection in your oro/nasopharyngeal tract, hindi mo ba nasabi yun sa doc? or wala ba siyang natanong regarding any unusual discharge? if so, seek for 2nd opinion, my EENT is dr.nixon See of metropolitan hospital, mabait siya and will tell you everything you need to know regarding your condition.

Tama lahat sinabi ng mga sis natin aside from poor oral hygiene, smoking, food that we eat, problems sa GI, at sinusitis. Yan din isa problem ko ngayon nagkasinusitis ako kaya iba amoy ng breath ko kaya plano ko magpacheck up next week minsan kase di tayo aware akala natin ordinary sipon lang sinusitis na pala napapabayan na.

do you guys know kung ano ang cure for dry mouth? yun feeling na ang dry lagi ng mouth, na halos parang walang saliva? tapos bukod sa dry, parang meron lagi ibang lasa ang mouth? 5 minutes after magtoothbrush may kakaibang lasa na ulit ang mouth, kailangan mag chew ng gum lagi o uminom ng tubig lagi para lang mawala ang lasa na yun. diba dry mouth causes bad breath din? can i go to an ent for my problem?
