i am targeting more than .5M din from my salary this year. sana lang di ako matempt gumastos ng todo. yung kinikita ng investments ko sa pinas, totally kinalimutan ko na LOLs. makikita ko nalang kung ano ang ROI after two years perhaps.

like the others, i had to experienced yung walang wala na halos before i changed mindset.

when i changed mindset, that's when everything turns 'gold' sa buhay ko. lahat ng nakikita ko, puro pagkakakitaan. kinukompentensya ko mga nakikita ko heheh

trying hard talaga. yung pagtatyaga ko, aba, totoong may nilaga aftre

^Oo nga sis. I hope mareach natin yung target natin.

I just pray na sana maging stable na ako sa work ko and wala namang dumating na major, major gastos. Hehe.

I even encouraged my bf din to save esp. may plano na rin kami to settle down but not soon. I actually challenged him na unahan kaming makaipon ng 1M. The loser will have to treat the winner so somehow medyo nachallenge si bf. Hehe. We're both working in the same country and almost the same ang sweldo namin. Difference lang is that he is not obliged to send money back home kaya solo nya yung salary nya. So in the end baka ako pa ang manlibre. Hehe.

I hope mameet namin pareho yung target namin.

save up hangga't single kayo. kami parang everyday, may naiisip na pagkakagastusan. just this morning, naisip ko that we have to save na for our daughters' tuition kasi in 2 years, big school na sila. gusto namin assumption or poveda kaya dapat mag-ipon ipon na at malaking gastusan yun...

now pa lang parang medyo nanghihinayang na ako. Start na kasi house construction namin. so hindi ko na nadadagdagan savings account ko. i was hopeful pa naman to reach my 1st M this year. but with the on goibg construction, i doubt na ma reach ko now.

^ pareho tayo sis kaiz pero di ba dapat nga happy rin tayo kase finally matutupad ang 1 sa mga dreams nating mga housewives - a house of our own...ako sabi ko nga kapag nagawa ang house namin at leastmay masasabi na kami na yan ang pinag-ipunan namin di ba... then start na lang ulit ng ipon.

a house is an asset. a force savings. so don't feel bad na wala kang maiipon na more liquid. because you have something big cooking. er, buildin pala

^Correct! Magandang investment ang house and lot. 'Yan din ang target ko once mareach ko yung 1M. Gusto ko kasi liquid yung 1M ko.
