Cheese enthusiast here.

My faves are:
Philadelphia cream cheese
Laughing Cow cheese
Cheddar
Bocconcini
Fetta
Our own kesong puti

Interesting to eat:
Halloumi - You can fry but it feels like eating styrofoam. lol

Paneer- It's like cheese tofu and commonly found in Indian dishes. Good for cooking. Highly recommend it.

Not really a fan of strong tasting cheese. I appreciate but I wouldn't crave for them:
Brie
Camembert
Blue cheese

Other cheeses I've tried:
Havarti
Swiss
Parmesan
Ricotta

fave ko brie (with red grapes) on bread and pepperjack cheese... pag andito s pinas eden or ques-o (cheddar cheeses) will do, mahal kasi yung ibang klase s mga groceries..

Mahilig ako sa cheese. I have tried na different kinds of cheese kasi I am from the food industry. Pero my two ultimate fave is still the good ol kraft eden cheese and philadelphia cream cheese. hehe
Napapakain tuloy ako ngayon ng cheese pimiento sandwich!

Still on cheese, i want to mention lang na I love boursin esp. yung garlic and herb flavor. Mostly  mga creamy cheese ang gusto ko like guoda, brie and lappi pero as i said earlier, eden pa rin at  philly cream cheese ang fave ko haha

buratta- nakakaiyak sa sarap. perfect sa salad, or as is lang, topped with jam.

burgos queso - favorite dessert cheese, parang soft tofu ang consistency.  ang mild nya, pwede sya sa salad, or pag gusto ko ng something sweet, top with stevia lang and dessert na.

manchego - yung semicurado. manchego + french bread slices + jamon iberico bellota + a thin spread of tomato jam = simple indulgence!  plan ko gawin ito for new year

I love cheese.. but I haven't really tasted much cheese aside from the ones offered sa groceries. Maybe mozarella..

Whats the best cheese for grilled cheese mga sis?

^a mix of shredded cheese would be nice - cheddar for the sharpness, mozarella for the gooeyness, and maybe gruyere?

But classic would be the Kraft cheese slices

I love buratta!!! ay grabe nag crave tuloy ako!
but lately nahilig ako sa mozarella, palaman sa bread then i-toast, ewan ko ba.
gruyere sa salad.
blue cheese I forgot the brand basta sa Santi's ko nabibili, paired with red wine and steak

I like the truffle noir cheese from Santi's, the aged gouda (Two Sisters) is pretty good too.
