I like Boursin cheese! I successfully hacked it with a recipe off the internet kasi ang mahal naman niya kasi! 400 isang maliit na box. Letsugas talaga oh. Masarap din Brie/Camembert, Edam (Queso de Bola), at yung smoked dutch sa grocery.

I just bought laughing cow milky cheese. Masarap pala sya! light lang flavor, very creamy and not salty. yum yum

I like Brie and Camembert, too. my little girl is also addicted to cheese. I have also tried Tomme Noire des Pyrenees and it was good.

I love cheese -- kesong puti, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella.  Ang masarap na parati naming binibili ni hubby ngayon ay yung Kerrygold Mature Cheddar at pinapapak namin ito with grapes.  Got that idea from the movie Ratatouille.  Ang sarap!

Try haloumi cheese pan fried, or paneer the middles part goes chewy and yung outer part becomes crispy like skin...I'm not so much into soft cheeses, if ever camembert or roquefort lang. Hindi ko kaya ang stinky cheeses.

my sister loves cheese too. ako so so lang kasi hnd ko kaya yung taste ng blue cheese ang tapang kasi. anyone of you likes blue cheese?

My husband and I love cheese! Though mas keri ni husband ang mas matatapang, medyo lite lang ang kaya ko... Favorites namin: cream cheese, brie, camembert, scamorza.

Nakakaya ko minsan ang bleu cheese, basta me crackers tapos super konti lang per bite. What i usually do when we have bleu cheese is make it into a dip, para less matapang na.

I was just reading this thread earlier and Hindi ko napigilan dumaan ng Santi's before umuwi.. It was my first time to visit the store in San Antonio village.. I love it.. I immediately asked for a big cut of mozzarella and Gouda because my daughter loves them.. It was my first time to get Brie and Gruyere. I sooo love Brie cheese.. I tried it with merlot after dinner and it was perfect for my taste. Gruyere is also good but not as good as Brie.

^^^ I love Blue Cheese! I love Gorgonzola and Roquefort cheese.

What we always do is eat it with sliced baguette and Canadian ham. We get them from Santi's. Yum!

Lately I've been appreciating Gouda even more. Tamang-tama my friend who went home for the holidays from The Netherlands gave us wedges of Gouda, naku I eat it by itself, with grapes, kahit sa sandwiches!

Hit na hit ang gouda cheese sa kids ko. I love blue cheese and pair it with crackers and grapes.
Masarap din ang raclette cheese though it stinks! Hahaha

i'm starting to like blue cheeses but in super small amounts lang 

nung nag buffet kami last week andaming cheeses (which were not the usual kind) but i didn't get to try any of them kasi i concentrated on the meat and desserts

my neighbor shared some cranberry (white) cheese with me and it was soooo refreshing i think yun will do well with grapes.
