ang dami nyong alam na cheese. mozarella, parmesan and cheddar lang yata alam ko. masarap ang cheddar pero nakakaumay.

^sis dito sa US ang daming klase ng cheese, nakakaloka. Gusto ko ang provolone, pepper jack at white american cheese.

i love havarti cheese, mild and creamy, super yummy... good for sandwiches, pasta, anything, but i love using it with toasted bread, strawberry jam and a thin slice of havarti on top, melts in your mouth

gouda is also good. gorgonzola is really nice to make pasta sauce with or to use as a sauce yum yumm..... made some the other day
