Let's Talk About Cheese

Hi mga sis!  I am a cheese lover also... but I haven't tried different kinds of cheese yet other than parmesan, mozarella, cheddar, and queso de bola. hehe

what's your favorite cheese?  and how do you store them?

My faves are McLelland Seriously strong cheddar and Stilton blue cheese!

I can finish a  1/2 lb of extra strong cheddar cheese in one sitting. waaah! love to eat it in sticks.

Stilton blue cheese naman spread ko sa fita biscuit. Yummy

Tapos wish na lang ako sa stars na wag sana ako sumpungin ng migraine ko. ha ha ha!

I store them in a ziplock then toss  them inside the  fridge. =)

ako kasi i store the mozarella cheese on a plastic container and place it inside the fridge... but after 2 weeks, nasira.   

ilang days po ba pwede istore sa ref ang mga cheese?

mozarella cheese kasi basa di ba sis. kailangan siguro sa liquid din siya nakababad.

For the dry cheeses naman kahit ilan pwede. Be mindful nalang of the expiry dates.

Try Bega brand, the vintage cheese. It goes well with wine and grapes. Yummy!  My daughter follows after us, parents and snacks on Queso. :-)

mozarella  usually it will last for 1 month.

I love cheese, snack ko normally yung baon pack ng eden cheeses

Nakita ko in one of the cooking shows in afc, yong cheese store with 100 variants of cheese.     grabe ang dami.  sana meron din dito sa manila, kahit 50 variants man lang.   or baka hindi ko alam... hehe

I like brie, mozzarella and what we call rahmkäse here in Switzerland but I love Raclette cheese!!!

I like our very own kesong puti as well

super like ko yung kesong puti..

yung cheddar lang pinaka trip ko na cheese, lalo na yung quickmelt.

nilalagay ko halos sa lahat ng chips na kinakain ko.

I love Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, Gorgonzola, goat cheese, cream cheese

I also love fried kesong puti, queso de bola spread

For processed cheese food, I go for Kraft cheddar cheese

sis, check out Santi's and Terry's.  both have very good cheese section.  sa Santi's, you can even ask them to prepare you a cheese platter

I love cheese! My faces are gruyere - the more aged the better, Brie, Gouda for pizzas, queso de bola - the Pato version, and the Spanish manchego.

If you go to delis like santi's and terry's, you can ask to taste the cheese before buying. You can ask for their recommendation based on what you're looking for.

I'm in love with cheese, even before I was little. I miss yung "queso" brand dyan. Now, I'm enjoying havarti cheese, yummy siya especially when you make grilled cheese, so creamy..

Temptation creeped in on me yesterday napabili ako ng red leicester and stilton cheese sa union jack in festival mall.

took them home and ate them with a fita biscuits. no more dinner for me. ha ha ha!

Santi's Deli has a good selection of cheese.

Also Mickey's deli. I love the Malagos cheese from Davao!

Try din the cheese from Rizal Dairy Farm (available in Market Market)

I love cheese. natry ko na mozzarella, parmesan, syempre cheddar, cottage cheese, goat's cheese pero pinakaayoko yung blue cheese. napapaitan ako LOL
