Will be in Iloilo-Guimaras, Sept. 16-18. With 3 of my friends.

Kalerks! Ang dami kong gustong puntahan but so little time. Mga a little past 6AM ang dating namin sa Iloilo. Okay lang bang dumiretso na kami to Guimaras and then half-day island hopping, half-day land tour? Kaya ba?

Gusto ko sana pumunta dun sa Concepcion Iloilo, dun sa Sandbar kaso mukhang malayo...

tanong naman po... anong magandang hotel na hindi pricey sa Iloilo mismo?
saka ano yung pwede naming magawa kung 7pm na kami nasa Iloilo me mapupuntahan pa ba kami 

any sis here na me alam na van for rent baka pedeng ihatid na lang kami diretso sa Concepcion?

ay sayang naman...anong airline yan sis? bat hinde mo na lang i-move ng day before ng flight para mas sulit.

kung 7pm na, dinner na lang magagawa nyo nyan sis, dinner kaya sa Tatoy's or Breakthrough

@tungek, what's your planned itinerary ba? if you plan to go directly to concepcion, there are nice and cheap hotels in jaro, no need to go to the city proper. google Jaro Bellevue Pensionne, where the main store of the popular Biscocho Haus is. but if you want to roam around the city and stay overnight, i suggest you stay at hotels within city proper vicinity. don't worry, hotels in iloilo won't dent your wallet that much (think 1500 and below).

we've been in Iloilo-Guimaras last week with my family.
We super enjoyed our stay.

Day 1: Iloilo church tour
ang saya nito. Mahilo-hilo pa kami from our flight na super aga diretchona ang lakwatsa with my kliddielets, friends & husband. We rented a car. Si kuya Joel ang driver/tourguide namin, good thing tagalog siya. for those who want his numbers, PM me nalang.
We also went to Racso's woodland Dito ka makakakita ng maraming animals. Pilandok is there, at maraming birds sa aviary. Last destination, Molo Church. Till 9PM lakwwatsa kami.

We stayed in Ongbun,overnyt. Don't forget to have reservation before going to the Lodge.

Day 2: Guimaras.
Swimming mode lang kami dito. Ganda ng ng Villa Igang. The we also went to Their other resort. Maganda rin yung place doon. I just forgot the name of the resort. Basta Pagdating namin dun, sinabi sa amin ni ate nini. so we decided to go there agad agad.
In the afternoon, sleepmode. Need magrest ng mga kiddilets na kasama namin.

Day 3: halfday, Island hopping. We just went to SEAFDEC and in a snokeling  area. Ang ganda super enjoyed. daming corals, daming fish. Then at last, I found Nemo. I've been in Coron, Honda Bay, PP., Bohol. I didn't see any clownfish. Pero sa Guimaras, marami talaga. after few hours of swimming, uuwian na. saka ko na idedetalye kapag di na ako masyadong busy. dami pang che-check na testpapers.

Sayang kulang ang oras, di kami nakapag-zipline sa Alfredo Camp Marami pang next time>

I think worth it naman sa La Puerta lalo na if you want a sort of private resort. Di ko sure if pwede sa island hopping. hehe. You can check out my review here about La Puerta. I also think worth it sya. Ganda kase ng view from the rooms. Yung food lang ang hinde sulit, konti ng servings and nothing special for the price.....regarding island hopping, palagay ko hinde pwede

san kayo stay sa guimaras. try la puerta. their hill room. perfect for valentines. ahhahaa. super promote naman ako ng la puerta. ganda kase eh.

^wala pa kaming tutuluyan sis...magkanu rate nila sa la puerta sis? me contact number ka? pashare naman ng mga Itinerary mga sis...wala pa talaga ko alam dito sa guimaras eh...haha! from iloilo international airport ba ano sasakyan to guimaras? at ano mga suggested na magandang puntahan..un affordable sana salamat mga sis!

From the airport ride a taxi sabihin mo pahatid ka sa Ortiz Wharf. Nandun mga bangka papunta Jordan Port sa Guimaras. Nasa blog ko step by step instruction. hehe.

1. kumuha ka ba ng tour guide nung nandun ka, sino kinuha mo from your list?.
2. kaya ba ng one day yung land tour ng guimaras?
3. ilang oras kaya kung sa island hopping? paano mag hire ng boat?
4. wala ba ibang kainan aside sa resort kasi mahal sa la puerta? bawal magdala ng food and drinks?

hmmmm....di kame masyado nag tour sa guimaras eh. nakapunta lang kame sa trappist kase dinala kame nung mag-asawa na may ari ng La Puerta. Sila rin kase nagsundo at hatid samin sa port.

based s mga nabasa ko kaya naman day tour sa guimaras. mas gusto ko kase mag lounge sa beach that time kase maganda lugar kaya di kame nag tour. nagsawa na rin kasi kame sa mga day tour sa iba-ibang provinces na pinupuntahan namin so para maenjoy naman accommodation namin, most of the sa beach lang kame. hehe

samin kase yung la puerta na may kilala na boat man. pero based sa list si Kuya richard siguro kunin mo kase parang sikat na sya. LOL. or maybe kuya gerald.

sa bayan ng guimaras may mga eateries dun. sabhin niyo na rin sa guide nyo i'm sure marami sila alam
