^sis, no biggie kung ilan kayo.. Been to Sagada 4-times (alone, me+1, me+2, me+4).. enjoyed the place everytime I visit.

It's my fave place in Pinas. But I've never been to Batanes, maybe it could beat Sagada 

I agree food in Sagada is delicious... parang kahit saan masarap.
Fave ko dun yung homemade bread+tea sa st. joseph (tambay mode).. Tapso yung straberry cake sa strawberry cafe ba yun...

Fave spot in sagada yung hill sa Y-section ng papuntang 'Mt. Ampacao-Main highway (Sagada-Besao Rd)-Lake Danao'.... Accidentally found this place nung gahol kami sa oras na mag trek from Danao to Ampacao... had the best view  you'll find wild berries din dito..

Gusto ko matuloy dito sa December. Haba ng vacation ko eh. I'm thinking of going there after Christmas. What do you think mga sis? Oks ba ang december dun? or maraming tao?

Oppps, change of plan.. Nabago vacation ko after Christmas. Grrrrr! Might be pursuing this between Dec 9~13.

Ang banaue at batad ba dapat pareho mapunatahan or yung tipong kailangang pagpilian kasi sayang sa travel time? Kasama ko kasi mga foreigner sila at gusto nilang makita yung rice terraces like nasa post card! Sana maappreciate din nila ang sagada, anong cave ang worth it na hindi sobra matakaw sa oras?

since foreigners ang kasama mo, i think they wont like to miss the chance of getting to batad. the rice terraces in banaue can be viewed by everyone. effortless. while trekking to batad, specially Tappiya falls, is really a challenging yet fulfilling trek.

sumaguing cave requires less skills/stunts and the view is awesome. but i highly recommend doing the cave connection (sumaguing+lumiang)

may i ask, what's the hurry? most of the foreigners kasi, they usually travel slow..

Ako kasi yung kulang sa oras kailangan ko umuwi ng probinsya for christmas so konti lang ang maaallot kong leave sa kanila. 

Mukha bang ok ang ganitong plan then?

Is it possoble to do that trekking without having ti stay in batad? Parang gusto kong magspend ng 2nights sa sagada eh.

yes, there are guesthouses in Batad. i stayed in Hillside Inn before. P250/night yung room. very basic like in Sagada.

going to batad and tappiya falls in one day is already a torture. what more kung babalik kang banaue town proper, ansakit sa binti nyan. hehe pero kung keri nyo naman, then go!

since konti time nyo, drop batad. ok na yung viewing muna ng banaue rice terraces. reserve all your energy for Sagada.

Actually ako lang naman ang nagpupumilit magsagada, kasi baka magsawa sila sa terraces, although yun talaga ang gusto nila.

Since we got so overwhelmed with visitors last Christmas and new year, for 2012 we plan to have a *quiet* Christmas and new year by spending it in Baguio and sagada. Maybe we will head first to Baguio for Christmas then for new year to sagada or vice versa. We already have a place in Baguio. Can anyone suggest a place in sagada? As much as possible not a hotel but a house we can rent. My husband and I are traveling with 2 kids plus 2 yayas. Our budget is 5k max per day for the accommodation.

Sa mga nagpunta na sa Sagada na may motion sickness, ano mabisang panlaban?
Nagtry kasi ako ng Bonamine at Dramamine pero sobrang inantok ako ayoko sana matulog dahil dalawa lang kame sa byahe baka yung driver antukin din, delikado na hehe
