mga sis may naka try na ba sa inyo mag pay ng cebu pac bookings nyo via payment center?  over the counter bank payment?

i booked my whole fam yesterday sa cebu pac for singapore ng lunchtime.  then i paid agad after an hour sa banco de oro.

i still havent gotten any sms/email confirmation of our itinerary.

online if i check it, on hold status parin.

anong experience nyo dito mga sis?  dapat ba ko kabahan?

nagbayad ako dati via payment center hapon, then kinabukasan ko na nareceive yung email...better yet tumawag ka na sa cebupa para maconfirm mo kung okay na ba

ive been trying to call all morning.  alam nyo naman ang cebu pac, forever kahirap tawagan ang customer service.

i tried calling one of their ticketing offices here in manila, ayaw din tanggapin ang inquiry ko.  sa customer service lang daw pwede i-course.  oh well...

@mommy_cel - sis its better na macheck mo na agad sa kanila. had the worse experience when i booked a RT to HK last year. i only found out na cancelled yung flight ko 1 wk before my actual flight! kung d pa ko nagcheck sa website. tulad mo, i also paid right away after booking the flight sa website at nagconfirm pa sila with the email ha. kaya nung tumawag ako sa col centre nila super irate na ko kasi no one even bothered to tell me na hindi pala naging successful yung payment ko via metrobank. kung d pa kako ako nagcheck sa website d ko pa malalaman na cancelled yung flight ko.

ako, 23 hours after i made the payment tsaka ko nareceive.

may 24hrs na ba sis since nung nagbayad ka?
if more than 24 hrs na, check mo ulit status online then pag on hold pa call their hotline na. tiyaga na lang po. last week may ganyang case din, nakatawag din naman siya eventually

whenever I pay over the counter on a saturday, narerecieve ko yung confirmation sa email on monday pa. keri lang. it never fails so far.

same case! 2008 yun and fllight to HK din. naresked ang flight namin on for next day. kainis, almost late yung notice.

hmm..sis? cancelled yun flight mo or yun booking mo lang kasi hindi kumagat yun payment mo? magkaibang bagay kasi yun hehe 

alam ko pag di kumagat yun payment mo, automatic cancelled talaga yun booking mo at di ka nila iinform. pero kung yun flight mo yun cancelled, iinform na nila nun by email at minsan pati by phone pa nga.

@sis ficklemind:  mag 24 hours na mamayang 2pm since i paid.  i check the status every hour, its still ON HOLD. 

@lakwatsa:  pano malaman kung cancelled ang flight or di kumagat ang payment?  sabi kasi nugn nag print ako nakasulat na pay before 11:59PM.  i paid at 2PM

@riandrew:  kung ganun ang experience mo i guess dapat di ako ma-praning. 

thanks for the reply mga sis.  sana naman ok na to mamaya.  ayoko na ma stress for this cheap purchase. as in super mura naman kasi nung nakuha kong promo.  3K RT each person.

^sis, honestly di ko pa natry ang pay thru bank na option kasi parati thru credit card ako. pero meron Manage Booking section sa website nila. use mo yun para ma-search mo yun booking mo. tapos check mo kung "Confirmed" or "Cancelled" or baka "pending" pa yun status pag awaiting payment.

pag "Confirmed" ok ka na. pero pag "Cancelled", yari ibig sabihin wala na reservation mo nun.

^sis ok na.  confirmed status na ang flight ko.  i called them kaninang 12noon, sabi eh tawag lang ulit after 1 hour.  kasi daw pag bank payment, pag after 12noon nag pay, usually daw na p post yung payment the next day na. 

so ayun, i got my email itinerary receipt/confirmation 23hours after paying.  tapos na ang kaba moment ko.

 23 hrs din pala inabot sayo.
ako  5pm na nagbayad sa BDO, 4pm the next day naconfirm, medyo kinabahan din ako kasi first time ko sa BDO.
either credit card or metrobank online ako kung magbayad.

Sana magiging available na din sa AIRPHIL ang payment option na to.

@ sis lakwatsa - kumagat un booking ko kasi nakarceive pa ko ng confirmation email from them na ok na [textspeak!] payment tapos un nga, a week before flight ko, pag check ko ng IT ko sa website, hala cancelled na daw. eh siyempre gudluck naman sakin db kung makakakuha pa ko ng mababang price ng tiket nun. what i did i went to metrobank at sila ang nagusap ng cebpac, and on that day, kinonfirm nila flight ko. yeah, i guess cancelled yung booking pero since nagconfirm sila thru email, at kung biglang nagkaroon ng issue sa payment, they should still inform the passenger. eh kung nagkaganoon pala eh, pumunta ako ng airport na walang idea na wala pala akong flight. hehe

^nyak. ang weird nga bat ganun. siguro binawi ni metrobank yun payment? labo nga. pero alam ko pagka ganun sa payment di nga nila nicconfirm kasi siguro auto-cancel sa system nila. pero weird pa rin nun case mo. 

buti sis nacheck mo. sabagay ako naging habit ko na rin icheck yun flight ko from time to time hehe.

hindi metrobank sis kasi sabi nung bank manager sakin, oras na magkaproblema sa payment, tinatawagan mismo nila [textspeak!] customer. aminado cebpac nun na hindi pa stable [textspeak!] payment via branch. nagkasystem issue daw sila. nagdemand talaga ako na same price and same date and time flight ko kasi fault nila yun. actually happy naman ako sa cebpac pero hindi na ko nagbayad thru bank talaga after nun. laging sa mismong ticketing office kasi wala nako credit card nun hehe

ahh.. baka nga that time e di pa nila nap-polish yun ganung option kaya may mga nakakalusot na ganung weird cases.
pero dapat lang naman na pumayag sila sa same price at sched kasi sila naman may kasalanan hehe.

kasi bago, tsaka parang walang masyadong nasakay hehe my kids and mom are going here kasi sa SG sa april. sila lang kaya yun, medyo alangan ako at d ako ang kasama nila. so far wala pa ko makitang murang ticket pero sabi nila mura daw sa airphil.
