Dietician or Nutritionist?
« on: January 02, 2011, 09:12:59 pm »
What's the difference and where do I go to find one? Gusto ko sana ng well balanced diet and I don't know where to start. Dapat ba talagang mag consult pa?

Im a dietitian by profession sis. According sa nagreview samin for the board exams, pag graduate ka ng bs in nutrition and dietetics pwede ka na daw tawagin na nutritionist, but if pasado ka na ng board exams registered nutritionist-dietitian or simply dietitian na ang title mo.

May dietitians sa hospitals, gyms, dialysis centers.

CAn you recommend na ok na dietician-nutritionist?  how much usual na consultation fee?  do we need to have records of medical status bago ka pamakapagpacheck-up?

Im familiar with hospital nutritionist pero do you do personal diet plans? And how much ang usual rate? I kept telling my parents that they should get a nutritionist. We are familiar naman sa mga bawal kaso kapag diabetic me rayuma at high blood ano pa ang matititra sa kakainin nga nila. I think we need a professional for the computation na. Basic lang ang alam ko e
