Your query:  are you a horrible person because you don't want kids?  Nope,  IMO you are just being practical and honest.

Another query of yours:  are you the only 1 thinking/feeling this way?  LOL   definitely not, and never -- for their own reasons, whatever these are.

What's the issue, darling?  You do not like where you are now, and definitely, do not like more where you are gonna be in a couple of months.  But alas, you may be resisting and screaming all the way... but you will find yourself a mother sooner than later.  That is your reality, a Great Inconvenience it may be to you  and your well laid-out plans.

Before I forget -- do not waste time and emotions on those who you say condemn you for resisting and resenting your pending motherhood.  Best to know yourself better, define accurately your issues/fears and focus on how you can alleviate/solve these.   Plus, appreciate more your big blessing:  a supportive fiance.   Mind you, even some husbands do not give that kind of support.

Another thing, in case it may have crossed your mind or someone may have brought up an alternative to get you out of the path of Motherhood, mind this:  Another mistake will not correct a mistake/problem.

dear chikka101. i really know the feeling. imagine, i was 4th year college, graduating na when i got pregnant, i defended my thesis when i am 2 months preggy, tapos soon obvious na bulk sa tummy ko, who cares??? i walk around the campus them knowing that i am preggy, ano bang situation mo ngayon? bakit ayaw mo ng baby?

But please do not abort the baby or you'll be sorry forever..

my daughter is now turning 2 and i am so proud of her.. akala ko noon di din namin kakayanin kasi sila husband may kaya sila pero they were taught to live on their own, kung baga gusto mo yan, edi kunin mo.. wala kaming inasa sa mga parents namin. but then, sometimes we have more than enough.

pray hard sis.. wag kang umiyak ng umiyak dahil kawawa ang baby mo. you need to take care of yourself. trust me, you'll have a new life awaits you.

thumbs up for ceejhei

sis, chikka101, why dont you pray, magsimba, makakatulong po yun.
magbasa ka ng bible to enlighten your mind, heart and soul...

you know what, youre so blessed nga po eh.
imagine, marameng iba jan na couple stable man or hindi, di sila pinagpala, or still hoping to have a baby...
Alam nyo po try to read women's reproductive health issues, andun mga sisses naten hoping, dying just to have a baby. me mga sakit sila, samantalang po kayo good health po yung repro system nyo (sana tama)..

kung anuman po ang inyong pinagdadaanan, just keep on praying.
hope it helps.

hi sis, same sentiments here. i had unwanted pregnancy last year.. puro din ako cry and kung ano-ano iniisip ko. dagdag pa siguro yung alam kong hindi naman ako suportado emotionally nung guy. i had premature delivery last august. stress was one of the factors na naka-trigger dun sa delivery. my baby was just 6months by that time. she was in the hospital for 2 months.. and then stayed with us for two months. she died last december 16. alam mo ang dami kong panghihinayang.. pero wala naman ako magagawa kundi i-accept ang lost ng baby ko. hindi ako prepared pero when the baby came out all i think about was her. giving up my lifestyle was never an issue.. kaya advice ko sa iyo, don't think too much. always pray. Blessing ang baby sis. Take care :)

it's ok! i think many people feel that way so dont feel alone.

the thing about carrying a fetus for 9 months is it gives you enough time to 1.get over the surprise/shock 2.mope around for a bit about the situation 3.worry about the future and how it will change your life 5. oddly enough, turn you into a vicious creature otherwise known as mom. one day, you will find yourself comfortable, if not happy, with the situation. in fact, about 90% of women who came into a pregnancy angry or depressed actually begin to feel happy and severely protective of the babies in their bellies (hence the vicious mom thing LOL) even before the baby is born.

if you still hate hate hate the idea of motherhood after the baby is born, there's always therapy. for you and your child. cheer up ;)

hi, it's normal for you to feel that way kasi nga hindi ka pa ready at marami ka pa gusto gawin sa buhay mo, pero andyan na sya tanggapin mo na lang kasi isang blessing yan na ibigay sa yo ng langit. glad to hear na hindi mo naisipan na ipa abort ang baby. soon mao overcome mo din yang feeling na ganyan kapag nakita mo na yong baby mo. goodluck ang congrats

@chikka101, please pray for strength and guidance so that you can accept, move on and face this test.

I pity your baby, so innocent and yet so unwanted.  Please try to remove these negative thoughts because even if your baby is still in the womb, she/he can feel the negativity.  Trust me.  You wouldn't want the negativity to rub off on your baby.

A lot of people would spend millions to be in your position.  Count your blessings.  A child is always a blessing.

...I mean im not thinking of aborting it or anything I just want someone to talk to about it. My fiance is not helping either parang ayaw niyang pagusapan yung situasyon namin...
CONGRATZ sis! that's the BEST decision.
ok lang if you don't get any support from anyone, kahit na walang support pa kay fiance.

remember that the news of your pregnancy was the BEST GIFT from GOD HIMSELF last Christmas.

mmmm...

di kaya, di mo lang na-appreciate kasi you were expecting a gift na brand new Louis Vuitton Sobe Clutch or a Chanel Campon from Santa Claus?  ;)

magugulat nalang ako how my life will change once the baby comes pero thats just it I dont want my life to change
but the good news is, at your age, you're not some kind of a teenage pregnant princess na takot na takot na malaman ni daddy na ang baby nya nabuntis

I just want someone to talk to about it
asahan mo, everyone here in your thread is eager to listen to you... kahit na medyo pasaway ang payo (like mine) ;D

i was 22 when I got pregnat by my long time bf who is undergrad that time.  I'm working and having the time of my life but then, I got pregnant.  we were so scared kasi wala sa plans, ga graduate pa lang si bf and takot kami sa mga parents namin nun.  I am so young and sabi nga ni tatay, mag aasawa ka na, eh pag umuuwi ka dito ako pa naglalaba ng undies mo, di ka marunong magluto and paano kayo mabuhuhay wala pang trabaho si bf mo.

but then, everything went OK.  BF now hubby, graduated then applied and become employed.   may pamamanhikan pang naganap and all the stuffs.  Got married when I'm 7 mos preggy.

iyak din ako ng iyak during my 1st trimester, kasi ang hirap mag lihi and feeling ko ayaw ni bf sa amin ni baby, pero wag ka, sya ang unang una sa pag papa check up ko, he was never absent sa OB appointments ko, kahi wala sya work nun, kinukuha nya sa allowances nya yung pang share sa vits and OB fee ko, kasi that time share kame sa lahat.  supportive sya sa mga ka artehan ko nun pero napupuno din sya nun.

my point sis is, accept it!  yun lang yun, and everything will fall into places.

now, I'll have a pre schooler come June,  Ava is turning 3 this MAY.

and I could say, I'm so loving MOMMYhood:-)

i thank God everyday for giving me a Mom na kahit iniwan sya ng Dad ko nung pinagbubuntis ako, walang trabaho kaya kinakailangang maghanap ng work kahit buntis, ay naging masayang masaya nung ipinanganak ako. i didnt fit in her lifestyle then, hindi lang sya "hindi stable ang work" actually wala syang work, my grandparents refused to support her because they decided to teach her how to be "responsible" and yet she (my mom) was very proud to have me. nagtapos ako ng high school, college and law...and here i am reaping the benefits of my hard work. pero proud ako sa Mom ko dahil NEVER nyang inisip na hindi ako karapatdapat sa buhay nya at sa mundong ito.  :)

nakakainggit kayo actually, di nyo kelangan mag-exert ng too much effort to get preganant. samantalang me ttc pa rin until now, i mean marami pala kami. you should be thankful, kahit unexpected yung pregnancy nyo. kaya nyo mga sis!

Baka umpisa lang yan sis. Ganyan ive been there sa panganay ko. kakasal lang namin nun me mga plano kami. me kinuha pa kami bahay so ang laki ng gastos tapos bigla i found out im pregnant wala na baiwan. so we just go with the flow. medyo nagkautang din kami kasi hindi nga napaghandaan. Pero eto kinaya namin. After few months nun napregnant ako nanakuha ng work si hubby na mas malaki sweldo. me mga dumating din blessings like me signing bonus na nakuha, me mga tax return etc nun dec.. etc..

now while bumabangon pa sana kami sa mga kautangan after nun nanganak ako nun 2009.. eto kakaturn over ng bahay namin me mga gagastusin sa konting renovation tapos i dont know saan huhugot ng lakas ng loob na bibiyahe ako from cavite to manila araw araw just to go to work etc etc..
finances problem... wala kaming car so pano ako magpupunta sa hospital pag manganganak in cavite e di uso taxi dun unlike here in makati any time me taxi mga ganun..

pero kakayanin ko..

tsaka ano changes in life na ayaw mo mabago?
im experiencing the same emotion as you right now. nun first 2 days hindi ako makapaniwala and now still hoping na sana mali lang ang test pero hopeless postive talaga..

Kaya i know kaya mo yan you just have to accept the changes that will come into your life.

CONGRATULATION SIS..
I understand you but HELLO!
Wag mong problemahin ang di problema, blessing yan no.

Ako nga, i got preggy when i was only 15 YEARS OLD,
Obvious wala pa akong stable job kasi i'm just FOURTH YEAR HIGH SCHOOL THEN.

gusto ko buo ang pamilya ko so i chose the father of my child, and he doesn't disappoint me naman naging masaya ako sa piling nya kahit dinaan nya ako sa SANTONG PASPASAN.

I'm 20 years old na and contented sa naging desisyon ko na mahalin si baby,
dalawa na nga sila ngayon e,
mahirap lang kame pero sobrang happy.

Kaya mo yan,
ako nga grabe kahihiyan ko e at unwanted talaga nun si baby pero KINAYA ko w/ the help of my FAMILY and GOD.

walang katuwang at my young age.

I know di pa huli ang lahat, 20 palang naman ako.
Please pray for me guys na sana makapagtapos ako at maging succesful.
