If you're planning to go to Disney Paris for 2 days then you'll have to stay in Paris for at least a week to maximise your visit. Then do some day or overnight trips for the other French cities. Suggested IT:

D1   Arrive CDG at 6AM. Take RER B train to Paris (45 minutes).

Since you'll stay for more than 3 nights suggest to rent an apartment as it comes out cheaper compared to a hotel plus you can check-in early since you'll just have to inform your landlord your arrival time so he/she can hand over the keys to you.  You can check this website for apartments:
www.airbnb.com   Just make sure to choose a reliable landlord by checking the reviews/feedback.

D6  Loire Valley (area where a lot of chateaus are located)

For days 6-8, you can swap that with the south of France (Cannes, Nice, Monaco). Or you can go to Amsterdam in the Netherlands. It's only a 3 hour train ride from Paris.

The IT is an easy pace one taking in consideration that you might just be alone with your two kids. If you don't want to keep travelling a lot, you can always stay in Paris the whole 10 days. Don't worry marami kang mapupuntahan kung Paris and immediate areas ka lang like sa Versailles. At least you'll have the chance to really take it slow and enjoy the place with your kids. It will also be a good opportunity for your kids to learn the French culture and meet the locals. Hindi yung tipong nagmamadali kayo to get from one place to the other.

Just read read and read. For crafting my itinerary - it took me 2 months of planning. I read the European Tours I thread and the EU threads in Pex as well. Plus google research. It is overwhelming at first but planning is half the fun! Just be patient. Enjoy the research stage!

Hi sisters! I'll be needing your help since i have a trip this coming january. I'll be going to Nice and then off to Paris for the January sale. Now, my questions are:

Which airport do i choose going to France?

If CDG - whats the best way to go to Nice and back? (I'm checking skyscanner on which airlines has the shortest flight and has the best reasonable price) - any feedback on thai air? or better to stick to cathay?

Whats it like being there on these Annual sale? Anybody who has experienced it already? Hows the experience, is it really sulit? =)
Maybe i'll go to the outlets din, sale din kaya yun?

Our stay will be short, it'll be for 5 days to a week max.

^Check Air France. They have short flights from CDG to Nice and v.v. I don't know about annual sale in Paris but here in Holland big sales occur from July-August and January-February. Ang alam kong they offer big sales by January is from their winter collection when discounts can go from 50-80%.

^^cheapest fare will be on Easy Jet. They have fares leaving from both CDG and ORY. Base fare ranges from EUR35.00-40.00 only. If you're taking CX you can connect on Easy Jet's 10AM or 4PM  flights depending on the days.

January sale in Paris is a huge one specifically for the designer luxury brands. Sulit if you will be buying a lot of stuff. Be sure you have lots of moolah or self-control

Thanks mama squeak and vain chiq! What about if taking the train? meron kaya? Because of the long flight maybe better to take the train naman after. Or whichever is less time consuming ganon.
Weather would be cold i presume? do i bring or do i just buy?

^I would suggest to take a flight since you only have a week's time, right? Paris to Nice is an hour and forty minutes plane ride as againt a 5-6 hour train ride.

January is cold!!! Bring warm clothing. You will not last a minute or two once you get off the terminal. Only the terminals are heated. Going towards the train station though still located at the airport is not heated. And why would you waste your time buying winter clothes when you have more important things to buy like designer stuff

^sis, by May wala na KLM dito. Until end of April na lang sila unless mag-extend sila ng services dito. Sayang nga kasi looks like hubby will be given a vacation this April-May and balak namin mag-KLM kasi malaki ang mura nya compared to our airline, CX.
