Nung lumabas yung news about the Lion release I tried looking for SL sa apple resellers dito sa pinas but no such luck. I ordered na lang sa apple store at mabilis naman dumating.

I thought about upgrading agad to Lion pero I'm enjoying SL pa kaya saka na muna yung Lion. One of my friends who upgraded wasn't so happy about it at first pero mas stable na daw ngayon.

^^ I got a MB Pro I'm so excited coz I'll get it na probably Monday or Tuesday when the stock arrives. I prefer a laptop kasi and got used to my old Macbook na rin. My younger sister sibling is switching from her Acer lappy to MB Pro also! Woohoo!

question: nag transfer ako ng pictures from win7 to imac nasa iphoto na sha pwede ko na ba delete yung folder ng pictures na pinag transferan ko? kase nasa desktop ang panget eh.
isa pa po: pag nag start ang imac bakit naoopen yung last na ginawa ko? paano ba gagawin ko para screen lang or desktop lang lumabas?

Yes you can delete the picture files on your desktop. Its already saved in your Iphoto directory. Congrats on your purchase!

mga sisses, I'm a windows user noon pa man and I'm thinking of switching to Mac. Ano ba yung mga major na mawawala or di mo na maeexperience when you switch? hubby ko Mac user sya at inggit ako ambilis ng start up at shut down nya, dun pa lang humanga na ako sa mac samantalang sa windows hintay ka talaga.

^ in my experience there's nothing major - except i guess kung may software ka na PC-based lang talaga that you always use at walang Mac counterpart. but very rare naman yun. or if ikaw yung tipong mahilig mag-customize ng computer as far as i know mas flexible ang PCs sa ganun kesa Mac.

but if average user ka lang naman di mo na mapapansin. ang adjustment lang is in the experience like yung commands but madali lang matutunan.

walang MS office ang Mac diba? im not sure kase di ko naman ginagamit pa pero wala ko makita na word, powerpoint at excel.
madali naman matutunan ang mac basta hilig mo lang mag computer..
i switched to mac just recently and im loving it. although marami ko nagiging problems regarding my itunes and iphone while synching...

^ Mac actually has Office. complete sya Excel, Word, Powerpoint. but you have to purchase and install separately. or just tell your supplier to install na, minsan free minsan may add-on fee.

I had my Mac Book Air pre installed with MS Office.  I didn't find anything lacking when I switched from Windows to the Mac.  I still have 3 Windows based portables, there's no question that my systems will be Mac from now on.

Hi sis,

If you have an existing Apple ID used to download apps sa iTunes, there should be no problem at all.

Ako kasi I just used my existing Apple ID and wala naman akong problem.

Have you tried checking your email baka Apple sent you a link wherein you need to verify your email? Check also sa spam folder of your email kasi sometimes doon bumabagsak yung emails from addresses which are not stored in your contacts.

^ sis yung apple id ko nga gamit ko. and i checked my email para sa link wala talaga. nasa verified stage na sha tapos bigla nag eerror na cannot activate daw kase network problem or something with the connection daw. i search online ang daming may same problem pero walang solution pa.
