Sis 10tequilashots, I used to use a Speck casing din, walang gasgas naman pero bigla ako nagsawa sa itsura eh so tinanggal ko nalang.

I dont have casing din bilang di ko naman nilalabas ang laptop ko. I'd rather have it like this kasi mas madali din linisin kesa pag may casing kailangan mo pang tanggalin paminsan so baka magasgas ko pa. =)

So happy! Hubby gave me a MBA 11inch, pasalubong nya from HK. I know he was getting a MBP tapos yung MB nya mapupunta sakin. Pero gusto nya raw kase matuwa ako so he bought Air instead

For the MBA users, were you able to get sleeves here? Where? Ayoko na nung hard case, it makes it heavier kase. Meron akong nakita sa ebay.ph parang brown envelope. Ok kaya yun?

i have the brown envelope but i still prefer the hard case. i got a speck and its very light. hardly added weight to my mba. takot kasi ako ma scratch eh

hihintayin kong magkaroon ng refurbished macbook pro online. lol. pag wala sa air 11 na ako. hindi ko kasi carry yung "cute" na memory niya.

I had Speck casing pero di ko ginamit. Maganda na kasi yung Mac without a case.

sisses, do you know where i can have my macbook white's rubber bottom replaced? nag bubble kasi sya tapos natatatanggal na bigla.

i researched the reason why and it's because of the heat daw.

if so, magkano kaya ang aabutin?

oh, one thing more.. do you know how i can have the battery replaced din and how long will it take? thank you so much for the replies.

^I'm not sure on the battery ha pero kung natatanggal siya mismo, MBPro kasi ang meron ako, bili ka lang sa authorized Mac reseller ng battery tapos nakakabit naman siya sa bottom.

mas maganda yung last editions ng macbook pro at macbook air. kakabili namin ng refurb online. yung mga bagong labas kasi has Intel HD 3000 yung gpu. the "old" models naman have NVIDIA gpx. ewan ko kung bat ganun ginawa nila sa "newer" models

^ Weeeeeeengks o nga noh. At first i thought wow the processor stepped up. Hindi ko nakita yung gpu. tapos I looked at it today again. Why Intel? loooooool. I'm sticking to NVIDIA.--- at least i hope to. What do you prefer more ba? Looking at the Pro model, I'm into photo post processing, avp's, hd streaming etc.

thanks for the reply, ayan gusto ko na tuloy ng hard case. I opted not to get it kase I noticed it added weight to our macbook.

I was supposed to get a laptop bag from hello lulu but saw a much slimmer one from Muji plus its cheaper so I got that instead

Sobrang laki ba ng difference nila? Nung Intel at NVIDIA? Sorry, di ako masyadong techie eh. Hehe.

^intel shouldn't be even in the graphics industry. yes they make decent processors and cpu's pero graphics not so. it's like comparing Porche (NVIDIA) to a Camry (Intel HD). Sure the other one's faaast, pero the latter is decent enough to get you through traffic. hehe.

It just happened that Intel & NVIDIA got into a lawsuit, kaya notice how the "newer" models come out with Intel HD 3000 gpu's. But most people don't care anyway, basta Macintosh buy na! hehe

For pixel work, gaming, streaming, def NVIDIA. If it's not naman, say casual data work, surfing, etc the newer models' processors are faster nga.

I'm also contemplating on buying a MBPro 15" instead of macbook air, but I dont know exactly how i would be able to play/install PC games on a MAC. I read before that you can dual boot - one Mac , one Windows. Is this true?

^Pwede sis pero for me ha, wag ka na mag-Windows kung may Mac ka na. Yun lang super limited ng mga games sa Mac pero hassle free naman sa mga virus, malware, etc...

got my macbook pro 13" last sunday

i really love it! im a new mac user so i was really noob but now im coping haha..

im confused about installing antivirus. me kakilala kasi ako na meron syang anitivirus na binili kasama ng mb pro nya. and i borrowed it. still thinking if i should install it.

do u guys have antivirus on your mac? thanks!
