Hi! I have an ipad, and was able to use SGT for a short time. Ipad talaga for me, apps pa lang sulit na sulit na. Medyo mabigat nga lang siya sa bag, lalo na kung may iba ka pang dala. I bring both ipad and laptop to work, ipad talaga more of casual surfing lang and reading. Pwede naman mag MS office and email pero iba parin productivity pag laptop / desktop.

Medyo marami rin nagcomplain against the SGT sa ibang forums lalo na pag ipad user before. Iba kasi talaga pagka intuitive ng ipad. kahit na mas maganda specs ng ibang brands, lamang parin ipad dahil sa strength and variety ng apps.

my unsolicited advice, kung wala ka pang phone / may balak magpalit, get a SGT para medyo all-in-one device na. Pero if you have a good cellphone already and just want another gadget, ipad nalang.

Or like me, bili ka ng IPAD tapos sali ka nalang sa mga Free SGT Contests Online and hope to win.
I know for a fact may isang facebook raffling off a SGT for just liking their page and providing minimum details.

saw this in megamall and its on sale for 17k. but I think thats the old version. the one with front camera is i think 21k pa..

i'm thinking of swapping my blackberry to samsung galaxy tab. gusto ko kasi may video call. has anyone tried using skype with video sa samsung tab? how was it?

^ Baka the cheaper one was only the wifi version. Galaxy tab has 2 cameras, both front & back. That's their main advantage over the iPad

Huh? Di yata trained ang SA na yun. The only diff bet SGT wifi & 3G--- is 3G but the rest of the hardware are the same
