^^ Ok lang yan, sis Miss Taken! We all start from the bottom. Sa umpisa mahirap, but you'll slowly learn to enjoy it. Lalo na when you start seeing and feeling the results.

Can a cerebral palsy do cross fits? I can walk without cruches but I can not stand on my own and I can not balance. I sometimes do exercise at home but i think it's not enough. Not doing my physical therapy na din.. Hope someone can help me. Thanks!

^ I believe so sis. Better ask your therapist first though kung ok lang. The box I go to doesn't have any cerebral palsy clients, but the workouts are easy to scale.

Did the WOD at CF Xavier last week. I like that they're very accommodating and the box is new. My friends might sign up. I'm staying a few more months with my current box, but will visit often.

^ Yes, I'd say it's for everyone since all the movements can be modified. But if you currently have health issues, it would be advisable to get the go signal from your doctor first.
