^ Hi, ThorBeek! I discovered it when I was looking for a cross training routine that would help me with running. But when I got started, I forgot about running and focused on doing only CF. Since then, I've joined a throwdown and a couple of fun runs that were promoted at our box.

CF is great for people of all ages! I once had a boxmate who was already in her 50s, and she was strong! Sign up for a trial :)

Hi everyone. I usually go to gym and run sometimes. Got me thinking of trying crossfit. Do you have any recommendations around cainta or marikina? Thanks.

Nearest I could think of would be CFMNL in Eastwood

Hi, sis kachich! Do you still go to the Makati box? May mga ibang box na pala sa Makati aside from CFMNL no?

Thanks for the reply Frozen Toes and beachgirl  :)

Used to run regularly (done 2 full-marys and several halfs) and before that regularly goes to gym (pre-Daddy days). But I've slipped in the past year and counting and I can't seem to get the "gana" to go running or working out consistently again. Hirap bumalik!  :(

^ My problem naman with my CrossFit box, ang hirap umalis. I sometimes stay til almost midnight just hanging out. Haha.

Some of the best people in the world are CrossFitters. They're friendly and encouraging and they will push you to do better and last longer. It's important din kasi na you are part of a fitness community. :)

^^ Just set aside time to do a trial. If you like it, babalik yung gana after that.

^ True!

I miss the old community sa Libis box. :(

Actually!

Yung office namin located inside La Fuerza compound (toyota alabang) and meron din dun Crossfit. Iba iba yung age kaya mas okay for me,

Thanks Frozen Toes and beachgirl! I'm just having second thoughts since when it comes to exercise and gyms, zero experience pa talaga hehe. My only form of exercise is dancing at hindi pa madalas. Nakakaintimadate kasi yung mga nababasa kong blogs and articles about it.

^ You can always scale down the workouts to suit your fitness level. And besides, okay lang if mahina stamina mo, ang question dyan is what are you going to do about it? If iiwasan mo yung workouts that will help you become stronger, pano ka lalakas? :)

Go na yan. Don't think about it. Free trial naman, nothing to lose. The longer you stand around contemplating on whether to go or not, the higher the chances na di ka magttry.
