I've been to hongkong before and I know it is a big shopping centre pero what else is there to buy na wala sa pinas? Mas mura ba sa hongkong? may certain brand ba sa hongkong na wala dito...? just curious. I was young pa kasi nung pumunta kami dun, TIA

^^skincare is definitely cheaper. since i wanted to try shu skincare dun ako nkahanap ng murang cleansing oil. kahit skinfood mura din.....electronics mura din but not c.p.

^^Electronics/gadgets are cheaper in HK. Perfumes and makeups are cheaper too.

i mentioned sa kabilang thread, yesterday on my back to hotel, I saw this nice g-shock watch sa may City Chain outlet beside the hotel.  Naku, after talking to hubby and telling him about it, binalikan ko, wala na.  nabili na daw...hay, I might go to Mongkok later to check those watch shops.  Last night, I bought some facial foam (Kracie) and might buy again, kasi ok siya for me.  sarap mamili dito, hehe

I went to Sino Center just this afternoon to check out the GShock watch there.   Muntik ko na patusin yong isang pro trek series don.  Then di kasi sila nag-aaccept nong charge card, so I went to find a bank.  Napadaan ako sa mga City Chain stores there and was wondering bat halos 50% ang difference same brand.  E city chain is accepting my cards. So mga 1 hr muna ako ikot ikot, searching.  Then I found this nice watch, yong 30th edition.  Sakto ke hubby, something extraordinary, ayun, kinuha ko na.  I checked some blogs in KL, and they are selling that watch almost 2x the price I paid.  Also, paglabas ko ng shop, wala ng ganon talaga silang nilabas.  Seems like they only sell 1 of that kind.  Happy!

^^ For jewelries, I always buy at Chow Tai Fook. Mahirap kasi bumili sa unknown jewelry shops then hindi ka masyadong marunong tumingin ng real gold from fake ones.

^ tama sis.  isama mo na rin yong mga fake watches though mga shops din ang nagtitinda, kaya nga i ended up buying sa city chain. pag di mo talaga alam kung real, madadale ka.   sabi ko nga, buti nag-scout muna ako bago bumili nong watch namin ni hubby.

Just got back din from hkg. Hindi na malamig. Weather is better kesa dito sa pinas. Hindi umaatake allergic rhinitis namin dun. Cleaner air sila.

Scored few pieces din. Brands like nike, bossini, giordano. Agnes b., prada, small bag from LV, burberry,  cosmetics like hada labo, juju aqua moist, sana, skinfood.

Toys from toys r us like lego. Cheaper dun. Grabe mag hoard anak ko ng lego.

We always buy sinomax memory foam pillows everytime mag hongkong. Better than Tempur.  Gagamitin sa hotel then uwi na dito.

Favorite mall namin festival walk in kowloon tong. May haagen daaz, toys r us, marks n spencer,  taste mannings, watson, coffee shops etc.
Langham place in mongkok is nice din. Elements for high end brands.

Its been raining in Hongkong. Just came back yesterday. We went to Disneyland but it was raining hard so hindi namin na maximize ang stay there with my 3-year old but @ least we got to see the fireworks & rode slinky dog (latest feature nila ang Toy Story Land)  Do bring an umbrella with you coz we ended-up buying there kesa mukha kaming basang sisiw...BTW Nag increase ang price ng Disney tickets from HK$ 385 to HK$ 450 for adults. From HK$ 325 to HK$ 385 kids 3 & above.
Bought fairy drops mascara @ sasa cheaper sila by P500 ng beauty bar price. Bought Mac Air 11" @ their flagship store in iFC mall, cheaper there than here but for their hard drive go to Wan Chai nice brand for it would be the Seagate brand. Happy shopping

Just got back from hong kong. Mas mura cosmetics sa US than hongkong. But if compared with prices sa rustans cheaper na sa hongkong. I buy my small appliances sa fortress and sogo causewaybay. I get lagostina na lutuan in sogo. Toys in toys r us are cheaper nga epsecially lego sets. My son gets his lego collections from hongkong and singapore.

Got a gucci purse and chanel small bag. Small items lang this time. Small din kasi my budget this time. I bought 3 g shock  din, addl for my collections, cant resist the new designs kasi.

Enjoy shopping trip ko. But not for my son, na mabilis mainip. Mabuti na lang dami yogurt house and dessert stations na pwede pang suhol sa kanya.

Planning to buy MAC Air 13" in HK kasi cheaper dun ng 10,000 kesa dito. Question lang, do you throw the box? Kasi di ba kapag nalaman ng PH customs na dun mo binili yun, ichacharge ka ng tax?
