There's a new branch of Twist in TST. It's at the Mira Mall and it's bigger and brighter than the one at the Sun Arcade. Grabe! Naglaway lang naman ako! They're on sale 20%-70% off! There were a lot of items on sale and most were in season pa.

Whats the address for twist in tst? How good are the prices?

Parang di ko pansin ang plus size na damit in hong kong. Puro asian  fashion so maliliit ang mga sizes. Try marks and spencer.
 It has been like 5 years ago ako last nag tiangge sa hong kong. The last time  i went there sobrang mahal and bastos ang mga china people. Nakipag sigawan nako sa isang tindera dahil she grabbed my arm just to get me back sa space nya. Muntik ko na sapakin, kaya lang mag isa lang ako. Hindi tourist friendly ang mongkok tiangge area. Lahat ng nabili ko dun puro basura. Mag168 na lang baka mas mura pa. I go to mongkok just to eat sa mga restaurants dun. But if you are looking for cheap pampasalubong, go to bossini or esprit outlets. Mas mura and branded pa. You can get as low as 30hkd na shirt sa esprit outlet.

My cantonese friend said na kahit sila inis sa mga china people. Hindi nga daw sila makapagshop and go to disneyland during holidays dahil sa dami ng mababaho and uneducated china people from china land.
Last year we went to disneyland, ang daming china people. May nakita pako pinapupu nya anak nya sa plastic sa may mga bench dun. Yuckkk talaga. Yun mga ipin nila puro sira sa harap at mabaho amoy nila kapag nakatabi mo sa mtr.

^meron namang plus sizes.. pero it's not everywhere you can find eh.. mostly it's korean style clothes pa nga. may mga nakikita akong fashionable na plus sizes and sometimes i'm wondering san nila buy clothes nila.. hehe.

i agree! uneducated talaga mga taga-mainland. why? kasi most of them elementary levels eh, especially if from provinces. pero if taga-beijing, shanghai naman they are educated and can speak english. it's all in the upbringing actually. buti na lang si hubby eh HongKong. hehe.. pero yung dyowa ng bayaw ko naku, sinusumpa ko siya! super walang breeding, as in!!!

Yes invaded na mga hong kong residents especially sa disneyland. Sa mga mtr and buses lang kita na ugali ng mga taga mainland. True mabaho sila and pangit ang nature ng ugali nila. True, walang breeding ang mga china man. Hong kong residents din naiinis sila sa mga china mainland people.

If plus sizes hanap nyo, parang ok pa dito sa pinas kesa sa hong kong. May mga overruns na imported design and materials. Baduy kasi taste nila.

I dont recommend mongkok tiangge shopping din. Uneducated sellers madami. They sell fake bags na patago kunwari tapos mahal na mas ok pa korean fake bags na nakikita sa greenhills. Wag wag kayo tatawad tapos di nyo kukunin, nagagalit pa sila at nangha harrass. Sinisigawan  ko sila kapag nag umpisa  na sila mambastos. I shout english please, kahit english nila tono chinese so di mo pa rin maintindihan.
Food na lang binabalikan ko sa hong kong. Wala na din sila sephora. Esprit na lang mura sa kanila. Yun nike nila halos pareho na price dio sa pinas. Mas ok pa design dito.

re china people, everywhere naman ganyan sila. maski sa US or Europe. Medyo mas crude lang sila kasi nga hindi educated. actually, maynakasabay ako sa plan going to Malta na 3 men from China. They look like they were from the bigger cities and rich sila - branded clothes (LV, Gucci, etc) and high end electronic stuff pero medyo crass pa din eh.

around the early 90's i remember parang ganyan din sa HK, mga residents to ah. in the years, nag mellow na sila and naging mas mabait pero eto nanaman yung mga taga mainland.

Sarap mag shopping sa hong kong. 41pesos na lang ang US$. Baduy nga lang mga taste nila sa damit dun. Bags lang masarap bilhin. And restaurants. The best mga japanese buffet nila. Fresh ang mga sashimi. Hate ko kasi mga buffet sa pinas. May no left over policy. And frozen ang mga sushi and sashimi.
