Hi doc she ask [textspeak!] po. Meron po ako hemorrhoids and 34 weeks pregnant Po ako.. I think thrombosed hemorrhoid po [textspeak!].. [textspeak!] malaki po [textspeak!] at namamaga..
My check up po ako sa OB  ko later.

Ano po ba ma-advise nio? Possible po ba maoperahan po ako.?

^ sis ako high school pa lang meron na nyang external na yan na parang loose skin naka protrude pero di sumasakit at nag bbleed.. though may times na ganun years back pero nakapag abroad pa nga ako cleared ako sa medical so in my opinion di naman required na iremove surgically..

regarding sex naman, dati nahihiya hiya ako kaya bago pa mag start sinasabi ko na agad kaya may tawanan moments muna kase dinedeliver ko ng natatawa ko kase syempre bigla bigla akong nag eexplain pero wala naman nagreklamo kahit sino sa kanila.. deadma lang.. hindi yan makakabawas sa kagandahan natin sis haha! oks lang yan!

First, its always better to have it checked by a surgeon to get an accurate diagnosis. The surgery for hemorrhoids depends on the severity and symptoms f the patient. Its not an emergency unless its bleeding too much, thrombosed and severe pain.

Daflon 500. It's an OTC drug made out from citrus. Quite effective regardless  of the hemorrhoid stage that's why some surgeons don't give it kasi no need to perform surgery once you start taking this religiously. Sometimes, they will give this 2-3 days prior surgery para less na yung pain and bleeding para hindi masyado dirty case.

Yes. It resolves the root cause of it. Some medications and even surgery are temporary solutions. They will only relieve you for quite some time. For surgery, they'll do hemorroidectomy or removal of hemorrhoids. It will just be a tmeporary relief. It did not solve the disease itself. It's like living in a home with termites. You'll have everything changed and repaired but you did not get rid of the termites. Regardless of how often you have your house renovated and how expensive it can be, you'll end up renovating it over and over again cos you did not get rid of the main cause of the problem which are the termites.

It's also effective by the way for chronic venous insufficiencies and diseases. I take it daily for my varicose veins.

After my i gave birth sa 2nd child ko, gumrabe [textspeak!] hemorrhoids ko. Sobrang sakit everytime i poo, to the point n hndi nko mkaupo. I have it check sa surgeon s slmc bgc and he advised me na mag undergo ng hemorrhoidectomy kc nkplibot n daw around my anus [textspeak!] hem. So pumayag ako. That was last nov 27. Third week ko n from operation. Im fully functional na po, pero may pain pdin everytime i poo, prang hinihiwa pdn pero not as worst as my 1st wk. Then just this morning, may nkita po ako blood from my poo, is that normal po ba? And sometimes may blood dn po lumalabas sa vagina ko, but it's dark red [textspeak!]. Ok [textspeak!] po ba yun? Tsaka po kelan kaya mgging ok yung pag poop ko ng wala ng pain? Hope you could help me doc She..

I do have external hemorrhoids and have it checked sa doctor (I forgot kun gastro or IM) then she advised right away to undergo surgery which for me is not needed kasi wala naman akong pain nararamdaman and nagbabasa ako dito sa GT na surgery is not the only solution for hemorrhoids.

sis brandi, can it be bought without doctor's prescription? how many times a day do you take it and for how long? Thanks a lot! Your post about Daflon is very helpful.

^you're welcome! Sis kung tolerable namna di ganoon kalala kaya pa yan. I got this from mims online. You can search for it on mims andoon din yung mode of action niya so you'll see na it addresses the disease process which causes the pain, infection, so on. The only way na gumaling yan eh cure mo yung cause ng disease. Initially I bought it with rx kasi ni reseta siya sakin nung tumagal binibili ko a lang siya na wala prescription. Sa mims.com, non rx din siya so i guess di talaga need ng rx. I used it for hemorrhoidal disease pero nung nalaman ko na pwede siya for chronic venous insufficiency or disease such as varicose veins, leg ulcers, ginagamit ko na siya maintenance ngayon not only to prevent the recurrence of hemorrhoids but also to relieve leg heaviness caused by varicosities. Hope these helped!

Usual Dose: Chronic Venous Disease: 2 tablets daily with meals.
Chronic Hemorrhoidal Disease: 2 tablets daily with meals.
Acute Hemorrhoidal Attack: 6 tablets daily (in 2 divided doses) for 4 days, then 4 tablets daily (in 2 divided doses) for 3 days, 2 tablets thereafter

Yes for me hindi naman malala kasi wala naman pain at all pero may bleeding pag hirap ako magpoop kaya gusto ko gamutin kaso naman when I visited a doctor, surgery kagad ang sabi. Hindi man lang nagbigay ng gamot at gusto schedule ako kagad for surgery. Sabi ko na lang pagisipan ko muna.

Sorry for the late reply, first, since you are post op, best to go back to imform your surgeon regarding what you are experiencing. Its really hard for me to comment unless I examine you personally.

You're welcome sis! Oo try mo muna sayang naman kasi kung surgery agad di ba. I think that kahit remove yan thru surgery, kung hindi naman na address yung nag cause, parang wala din, tmeporary solution lang siya kasi eventually babalik din. May bibigay pa sila minsan yung faktu, again, temporary relief lang din ang offer.

Hi Doc She! Ngpa check up ult ako sa surgeon na nag opera skin, sabi nya normal [textspeak!] daw [textspeak!] blood droplet as long as di sya continous. Di nman na naulit ult. [textspeak!] sa pain [textspeak!] nya after a month p daw kasi depende daw po un sa tnanggal. Grade 4 n daw po kc [textspeak!] skin. Til now po msakit pdn po sya whenever i poo. Sana nga po mawala na [textspeak!] pain. Thank u Doc She for replying, appreciate it!

hi, makisingit na din ng tanong. husband ko kasi had blood (bright red) sa stool. actually, parang mens ang dating nya kasi parang andami, red talaga yung nasa bowl:(

colonoscopy na ba agad ang gagawin ng Doctor? magpapasched pa lang kami appointment this week eh . Worried lang kasi ako bakit parang andami blood eh wala naman daw pain at hindi din sya constipated.
