sino po ang gumagamit ng witch hazel, yung toner po ba or yung astrigent? dalawa kasi yung nakita ko kanina.. yung toner for pore refining din yung astrigent naman for cleansing yung nakalagay.

Hi Doc She, I read on previous posts that witch hazel can be put in hem to lessen its size? That's why I'm asking what witch hazel that can be bought in healthy options they used.

During Company APE kasi, sabi ng doctor na nag physical exam, I have internal hemo around 1cm in 6oclock position. nag prescribed po siya ng gamot and i was advised to take only when there is pain. Until now po  laging may pain na po at may fresh blood every time i poop. Need to consult na po sana.

Thanks @DocShe_713. I went to a surgeon yesterday and meron daw ako internal hemorrhoid na medy thrombose yata term nya. May bleeding din kasi ako kahapon pati kanina. I'm taking hemostan and luctulose. High fiber din diet ko. Advise nya is to have conventional hemorrhoidectomy under spinal anesthesia. Gusto ko na din naman ipatanggal kasi since Sunday until now lumalabas pa din hemorrhoid sa anus ko. And pabalik balik lang din sya over the years. Natatakot lang po ako sa post-op. Dami kasi stories na nahirapan daw umihi and masakit mag BM. Any advise po to prepare me for post-op? I received you email po. Medyo malayo pala clinic nyo. Pero I'm keeping your contact info for further use.

Hi po  Newbie ho ako dito. hehe
Hindi ko po alam kung tama ba 'tong pinost ko po sa thread na 'to, sorry po.

May itatanong lang po ako... kasi may ano po kasi ako sa pwet ko yung part na 'pag uupo ka (normal na pag-upo ah not naka-sandal) yung kadugtong parin ng legs, yung part na yun. May tumubo po sakin na parang pimples, di ko po kasi alam ang tawag, pabalik-balik po siya. One time naliligo then 'di ko na matiis pinakelaman ko pinisil ko siya then may lumabas na nana, then natakot ako binasa ko ng tubig tas pisil tas basa. Na-alal ko pa nung 1st uear ata po ako nun meron ho ako nung parang pimple tapos napa-upo po ako ng biglaan sa flat na kahoy na upuan then ang sakit nung tumama sa pimple ko tas may lumabas na dugo kala ng kapatid ko meron ako kasi mukhang tagos. Pabalik-balik po tong meron ako. 'Pag gumaling na, mga ilang weeks lang or a month meron ulit. Help naman po, hindi ko po kasi alam yung tawag kaya pimple yung sabi ko, di ko din po alam kung remedy. Pls help Thank you po sa sasagot.

Doc She, advisable po ba na magpa opera agad pag maliit lang yung almoranas? hindi naman sya makati or masakit. Uminum na kasi ako ng daflon, nawala sya tapos mejo tinibi ako khapon kaya bumalik.. Kailangan ko na ba operahan?

Lovely- best to consult a surgeon. Really hard to describe skin lesions unless uou personally examine it.

Super- not all hemorrhoids need surgery. Early grade hemorrhoids are only observed and doesnt need operation. Have yourself checked for peace of mind.

Doc She, do you recommend food supplements like hem-roid? or do you know any other food supplement which can prevent early stage of hem?

pag po ba may hemorrhoid ka dapat ba ipatanggal agad?yung sa akin mukhang hemorrhoid kasi,nagtingin rin ako pictures from google eh..maliit lang siya,parang butil ng monggo,minsan itchy..nag start ko maramdaman meron ako nito nung malapit na ako manganak sa first baby ko,nakukuha rin yata ito pag nagbubuntis ka?wala naman kasi kaming budget for surgery kaya hindi ko pa maipapa tanggal in case kailangan alisin..
