Dialamari- sorry but I disagree, we doctors will never do harm to our patients. How can we examine our patient fully without a physical exam? It's unfair to conclude that "lalala pag pahawakan sa doctor" . Hope you understand coz its kinda sending a wrong message.

sorry if i offended you. but my basis was my last physical exam wherein i disclosed my case to the physician. she wanted to do a physical exam to me to determine if i have a hemo and what grade my hemo is and she described me the procedure and gave a precaution that she has no guarantee that it will not aggravate my situation. she clearly told me "kaya lang baka lumala sya kasi masstress sya lalo kapag ipinasok ko ang daliri ko". i somewhat agree to her kasi yon ngang jebs pa lang ang lumabas e masakit na tapos papasukan pa ng daliri. i asked her if that's really necessary and if there's other way to determine whether i have a hemo or not. she insisted that it's her only way to know..so i backed out and told her that i dont want her to do that  procedure to me. i then asked a friend who is a former hemo patient and got his advice also that i should not let the doctor do the procedure unless im sure that im having a hemo. if i want to know if i have a hemo i can read informations in the internet and check if those symptoms apply to me. if not, i can try to self-medicate (take or eat fiber-rich food/supplements), sit in a warm water with guava leaves extract, control my diet (avoid fatty foods and other unhealthy foods), take a rest and avoid strenuous activities that can worsen my situation.

Dialamari- believe me you can never diagnose hemorrhoids just by merely reading off from the Internet the signs and symptoms. Still needs a physical examination. Just my 2 cents! Doing a rectal exam may add to the discomfort but lumala I don't think so. The word "ma stress sya" is not even possible. I simply want to explain to readers that it is not wrong to do a physical rectal exam and yes discomfort may be felt but aggravating it's condition is not possible.

hi sis share ko lang, oo nakakatulong kasi meron akong ginamit na supplement sa hemorrhoids ko nawala talaga iyong pangangati, sakit at pagdurugo, pero hinde yang C-Lium Fibre kasi hindi ko na try yan.

Chelly- it may help prevent constipation and straining and whatever grade your hemorrhoids is may be stabilized.

hi sis share ko lang, oo nakakatulong kasi meron akong ginamit na supplement sa hemorrhoids ko nawala talaga iyong pangangati, sakit at pagdurugo, pero hinde yang C-Lium Fibre kasi hindi ko na try yan.

^sis ganyan din nangyari sakin 4yrs ago. non nagpart kami sa may big bowl sa may timog. yong mga finger foods like calamares na may mayonnaise don nasira ang tyan ko. non madaling-araw nagtae ako ng nagtae di ko na mabilang kahit sobrang sakit na non anus ko wala ako magawa kundi umiyak..then nilagnat din ako..then simula non pag jejebs ako angsakit-sakit pagkatapos. 15mins kong tinitiis yong sakit bago mawala. sabi ng kilala ko na may hemo, nagasgas kasi yong lining nong anus ko non nagLBM ako. syempre acidic/toxic yong lumalabas kaya nastress yong veins. then ginawa ko nagtake ako ng clium fiber. gumaling din naman. then juices or vitc para mapabilis yong pagheal ng sugat ko. pag may nararamdaman ako na lumalabas na laman, binabalik ko manually pero dahan-dahan..

tip ko sayo sis wag mo pahawakan sa doctor yan kasi lalong lalala yan..patignan mo lang pero wag kang papayag na hawakan..

hi sis, nagpa-check na ko and nag physical exam...it's hemo nga but the doctor didn't say what grade sya...she told me to see a surgeon...

hi, question...can't a physician from emergency department determine kung anong grade sya? talaga po bang sa surgeon to?  kasi parang weird...siguro intern pa lang yun kasi she just advised me to just take pain relievers tas ako pa nagtanong about sa faktu ointment, lactolose and daflon...ang reseta lang sa kin is faktu and pain reliever tas yung daflon...verbal lang na i can also take it but did not explain really kung ano nagagawa nun ....ako na lang ang nagresearch...and yun din kasi sabe ng sister ko...tia!

marami na kasi akong  gamot na try, pero di parin gumagaling almoranas ko.pa balik balikparin....

Pretty purple- sometimes, it's really depressing if you get examined by a doctor who doesn't explain fully your condition . They should at least know how to diagnose it.

My question doc she, may cases ba na from grade III, you can still convert it back to a grade II then totally remove it without totally undergoing a surgery?

Aljein- no, you can control the swelling but a grade 3 or 4 hemorrhoids will never be grade 1 or 2. Suggestions, pls don't post your medication dosage as it is dependent on the patients condition. You may be inviting trouble when some readers self medicate. Hope you understand and edit your post. Thanks!
