Hi DocShe_713, pm'd you. I want to have a check-up sana regarding my hemorrhoids.

Matagal na akong may hemo pero sa tulong ng fluid and fiber intake ko di na siya nagbleed for almost 2 years kaso just this week parang bumalik na naman siya kasi naging constipated ako at parang nandun na yung discomfort so I'm planning to have it checked sana.

DocShe pwede po magask,pag kasi umiihi ako sometimes pag magpupunas na ako ng tissue may kasamang parang brown pus na medyo smelly sa buu hole ko,minsan malapot na blood,nabobother na kasi ako eh :-( sa pagpoop normal naman,di constipated,everyday naman ako,minsan2 lang may blood,pero may maliit na skin nakalabas pero minsan wala or naipapasok pa,ano po kaya yung pagihi at pag wipe may pus nga,sobrang iri po kayo?or what? :-( thanks doc!

this hemorrhoid is bothering me for so long now and i only got the courage to have it check last.parang nakakailang kasi to have other people check your rectal area :p

I'm suffering din from hemorrhoids, di ako maka trabaho ng maayos, sobrang discomfort nararamdaman ko, mahapdi kasi yung external hemo ko. ano ba mabisang gamot,

Hi Doc!

I had a checkup at PGH. I also underwent procto cause nagka-case ako ng bleeding way way back pa. First they said it's Grade 4, then after their last check they said it's Grade 3.  The doc said I have 2 hemms, and medyo malaki for rubber band. They offered surgery but I'm a bit apprehensive cause some of the patients that I've talked to there said they somehow lost control of their bowel movement. The doctor also warned me about it, para wala raw sisihan. It also doesn't help knowing the pain that I will have to go through and knowing the possibility of recurrence after surgery has been done.

I am constipated and when I do poop, I strain, and that's when my rectum becomes swollen and painful which subsides for a day or sometimes days. Pag super strain or too loose yung bowel, that's when the hemorrhoid comes out. It goes back naman after several days, but sometimes, I have to manually push it back because of the pain and discomfort that it is causing me. I also take pain relievers for the pain.

I'm afraid to have a surgery lest I lose control of my bowel, and some other consequences of it like soiling, pain. Right now, I'm taking fibrosine. Naging ok yung pag-poop ko, no straining. Hindi rin nag-swell ang butthole ko.

Pls give me some advice doc. Di ko alam gagawin ko eh....

Angel- its not common to have pus coming out of your anus. I think it would be best to have it examined by a surgeon.

I neverph and mikaela- its not advisable to use those medications during breast feeding. Although no adequate studies have been done however, the company who makes those medicine themselves advises against using it during breast feeding.

Mimichaz- try hot sits bath. Immerse your buttocks in warm water 15 mins 2-3x a day.

Feb6- how severe is your hemorrhoids? Where is the exact location? Is it the whole anus?

Thanks docshe,andito kaso ako hk kaya not possible na mapacheck ko,pero pag may chance ako,observe and ingat ingat na lang muna ako sa bowel ko,pag malapit na period ko dun sya lagi eh,thanks doc :-)

sis san ka dito sa HK? meron ako kilala na filipino-chinese female doctor in wanchai, mas mabuti kung makapagpa- check ka for peace of mind.... marami nagpapatingin sa kanya na mga kababayan natin, actually sya talaga ang puntahan ng mga Pilipino dito

or if you're holding a HKID pede ka magpatingin sa mga government hospital HK$100 lang ang fee

Hi Doc She! Thanks for the reply.

The doc didn't tell me the exact location but she downgraded it to Grade 3 (internal) since she said that the hemms go back on its own, yun nga lang it takes days. Whenever I poop, the whole anus becomes swollen even if the stool is soft.

Hi DocShe_713! Fist time to post.. Ask ko lang, 2 years na ko may hemo. The first time na nagpacheck up ako sabi ng doctor Grade 1 pa lang since sa loob pa lang daw. Tapos recently, since parati akong constipated, lumabas na sya and hindi na sya mapasok, although maliit lang naman (sorry medyo kadiri). Di naman sya nagbi-bleed pero mahapdi pag nagpoop ako... Need na ba ko Doc magpasurgery? Please need help!

Krungkrung- i usually grade 3 hemorrhoids treatment is elective surgery. Better have it checked by a surgeon if it's really grade 3 by your description.

DocShe_713: ask ko lang po.kasi everytime na nagpu-poo poo ako may blood na kasamang lumalabas.natatakot na kasi ako.siguro mga one week na syang ganito.then before this,may napi-feel akong parang maliit na mass pero pagkinakapa ko,maliit lang talaga sya.sa tingin mo hemorrhoids ito?if yes,sa surgeon ba ako dapat magpatingin?and would you recommend a good surgeon?kasi may kilala ako si dr. lo pero medyo mahal cya maningil e.kasi sya yung nag opera sa mom ko haha.and if ever anong procedure ba should i undergo?TIA!

I had a super bad LBM last Friday til Saturday and on my 7th or 10th poop...ayun na...masakit na sya and may lumabas...hemorrhoids siguro to...nilagnat din ako right after...now i'm suffering from great pain...can't sit longer...i'll be going to the doctor later so wish me luck :s

^sis ganyan din nangyari sakin 4yrs ago. non nagpart kami sa may big bowl sa may timog. yong mga finger foods like calamares na may mayonnaise don nasira ang tyan ko. non madaling-araw nagtae ako ng nagtae di ko na mabilang kahit sobrang sakit na non anus ko wala ako magawa kundi umiyak..then nilagnat din ako..then simula non pag jejebs ako angsakit-sakit pagkatapos. 15mins kong tinitiis yong sakit bago mawala. sabi ng kilala ko na may hemo, nagasgas kasi yong lining nong anus ko non nagLBM ako. syempre acidic/toxic yong lumalabas kaya nastress yong veins. then ginawa ko nagtake ako ng clium fiber. gumaling din naman. then juices or vitc para mapabilis yong pagheal ng sugat ko. pag may nararamdaman ako na lumalabas na laman, binabalik ko manually pero dahan-dahan..

tip ko sayo sis wag mo pahawakan sa doctor yan kasi lalong lalala yan..patignan mo lang pero wag kang papayag na hawakan..
