Hi! Kindly help me. Nalilito na ko sa results ng Google. Via Dubai ang flight namin sa Africa, and balak namin magextend ng stay sa Dubai for 3 days. Yung transit visa ba na for 96 hours, pano application nun? Do I need requirements to get one? San ang application? Pwede ba syang on arrival? Thank you so much

^ ang alam ko you can course it through Emirates ( I assume you're taking Emirates kasi Dubai ang layover) and they'll process it for a fee. That's what our friends did when they decided to take few days in Dubai on their way back to PH.

I don't think they will grant PH-passport holders visas (whatever type) on arrival...

Naliwanagan ako ng konti. Ang nabasa ko kasi sa first page nitong thread ay kelangan pa ng bank cert, bank statement eh i don't think I have enough time para asikasuhin dahil halos one month na lang alis namin. Saka 3-4 yrs ago pa ba yung post na nabasa ko dito.

Hi @katniss there are a lot of hotels in Deira, Marina, Barsha and Business Bay (downtown area near Dubai Mall) Check mo nalang which area is more convenient for you.

its easy pag through agency than apply pa personally sa embassy. Very fast sila mag process ng visa, parang mine took 2-3 days lang. I applied though a friend who is working for a Dubai based agency. Take note until 17th of July ang Ramadan 2015.

Try mo Lords Hotel I guess 3 or 4 Star sya, lapit lang siya sa Union Station and Al Rigga. Majority of the Hotel workers are Pinoy/Pinay. Room Rate is not that expensive from $70 - $80/night. From the hotel you can visit places by taking the Metro Train. Lords Hotel can be search online as well as room reservation/booking.

^ personally, i will not recommend staying in Sharjah. Sayang ang oras mo sa travel, di pa abot ng metro ang Sharjah. If taxi or car naman, super traffic going to/from Dubai.. Also, mas strict ang Sharjah ha, as in zero tolerance sa alcohol. And not so tourist-friendly.

You can just allot an afternoon and evening to sightsee in Sharjah, if you wish. Nice sa gabi sa Al Qasbah.
