hi sis. went to dubai late july 2014. we booked sa cebu pacific dec 31, 2013 not knowing anything about dubai. mura kasi nakuha namin. when we were researching na, we found out na summer pala yun and i think a day after lang ng pagtatapos ng ramadan (buti di namin inabutan yun). Anyway mainit sya talaga. We got our visa through a travel agency i researched. 95usd lang ang charge sa amin that time and kumuha din kami hotel sa kanya. sobrang sulit the hotel. 250++usd per person for 5 nights. across our hotel is a large supermarket.

sis when ka sa august? ill be traveling din in august mag isa palang ako

may brother is working sa dubai and i have lots of friends to visit... hindi ko pa masyadong nababasa itong thread maybe next next wk heheh... ask ko lang mga sis pag ako ba nag asikaso or brother ko same visa fee lang at madali lang ba kumuha ng visa? TIA

^ hi sis! as far as i know if brother mo mag-a-asikaso sa visa mo depende yan sa type of visa na kukunin niya for you. if long-term visa (90 days), mas mahal (around 1k aed) and may security deposit required (mga 1k aed din yata). if short term (30 days), usually sa travel agency lang din sila kukuha tapos ipadala lang sa yo.

tama na 30 days baka mas mura magkano kaya yun hindi pa maasikaso ng brother ko itanong busy ang peg... thanks sis

^ i'm not sure sa exact amount sis ha kasi kuya ko lang nagsabi sakin nyan. hehe sa al rostamani travel agency siya kumuha.. malaking agency ata yan dito. 30 days tourist visa lang kinuha nya sakin that time.

^ sis, if you decide on MOE/Al Barsha area, and no issue on budget, you can book sa Pullman Hotel. It's attached to MOE.

Meron din Citymaxx hotel sa may likod ng MOE, short walk lang. Dun kami banda nakatira before. Pag lalakad pa-Metro station, through the mall lang mostly, sandali lang ang walk outside the mall so ok sya especially in warmer weather. Me bus stop din sa labas mismo ng hotel.
