Im curious how does it work? how do i join? i run/jog but in the treadmill in the gym only. havnt even tried in the streets or any jogging places

Try mo sa takbo.ph. Pili ka ng event na type mo, tapos depende sa event kung online or on site registration. Yung on site registration, minsan meron sa Toby's or Chris, etc.

@lawrence01 - we have group runs sa takbo.ph it's a good avenue to start and find running buddies.

we have an anniversary run coming up this july. please do join us there

ako pupunta sis. sure na iyon. still thinking kung kaya ko na ba mag-21k or stay muna ako sa 10k dahil kaka-10k ko palang at pa mabagal ang pace ko.

@QueGavan Thanks for the invite. I just checked takbo.ph and it got alot of events, got me thinking to be a regular in running. I hope my running skills in threadmill is good enough to help me finish 5k

^wala naman. matter of fact i just did 3k sa treadmill kanina sa gym

. usually treadmill is just to warm me up 15-20mins before lifting weights. haven't tried yet to focus on running and see how far ill go. I'm planning to run in marikina sports complex oval to see how long can i go
