Tumakbo ako yesterday sa greenhills, yung greenfinity. 5K, dahil walang training at first time ko sa 5K, eto sakit ng legs ko

I ran nung Sat sa HSBC run, it was fun, wala din ako practice so my legs were aching yesterday but I think the are ok now.

I enjoyed the run so I'm going to do more fun runs.

ako din tatakbo ulit 5k... magpa-practice ulit hehe.. siguro need ko na maglevel up sa 10k para may challenge na hehe

hahaha suki rin pala kayo sa fun run! ako rin, sobrang hilig ko sa fun runs! may picture kami ng friends ko sa bawat fun run! pwede na kami gumawa ng album sa dami naming pictures. haha ginawang parang barkada photo session yung bawat fun run.

^ ok lang sis, just do what you can during the run, ako, la din talaga ko practice, nag-enjoy lang ako, running, jogging, walking.

sis fun run lang talaga. hindi seryoso ang pag join ko pag running pero ang laking tulong makapagpabawas ng weights.

Last na run ko having 5K ay 35mins and 56 seconds...
