Joined the 500 Smile Run kanina for Operation Smile. First time ko to join and it was fun naman.

Kasali dapat kami dito kaso sobrang lakas ng ulan, hindi kami makaalis ng bahay

3k lang sis. Di ako nakatakbo for a long time so I'm a bit scared kaya konti lang muna. I'm scared but sooooo excited.

^we'll register pa lang today. ubusan na, very limited na lang daw yung singlets.

Nag register kami early, sayang din 200 for early bird discount.

When I registered two weeks ago, sabi sa kin wala na daw singlet na pang girls so I tried sa Chris Glorietta, luckily marami pa dun. Reg ka na agad sis! The singlet is so cute, I'm so excited to wear it.

Anyone here participating in the Run for Pasig River. I registered for 3k lang since it's my first time. Any advice on how I can condition my body before the run?

sis, don't worry hindi ka makaka takbo dyan sa event na iyan, forecast ko diyan eh same as last year, alay lakad ang style, sa sobrang daming tao, iyong mga students eh parada style lang sila pa horizontal pa ang lines nila instead na pa vertical.

We will skip na muna run for Pasig, sakit sa ulo eh, hindi maka send at maka receive ng texts sa dami ng tao.

Got our HSBC singlets! Whew, super ubusan. My officemates are going crazy kasi gusto na nila lahat tumakbo sa Chris Sports to register, especially Men kasi puro for women na lang halos natira

First session I was there too... it was also a day before Adidas KOTR. But it was all about Chi Walking. So di gaano haggard. I dont know lang this coming Saturday

hay, wasn't able to participate / join at the bull session, reserved my energy sa 21k sa RU3.

Anyway, maybe you want to join me in this run, sobrang run for a cause po talaga ito, Im not in any way connected to this event / company hah. Just really loved their mission.
