@angeleigh:
yep, ellana sells brushes separately. I purchased my concealer brush for P200. But im still waiting for it.

@miss_dibly:
thanks thanks! gusto ko din talaga i-try yung emu oil plus kasi may tea tree oil - hopefully it would address some pimples I have on the face.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE FROM BARE NATURALS:

I ordered 3 items (sofia blush, illumiglow, ultimate concealer) from them, paid as soon as i got the confirmation email--which said that the items are ready for pick-up.

The shop in Alabang was just 5mins away from my office, so as soon as i got the email, i replied saying that i'll be there by lunch time, kasi yun yung break ko.

I called her. Sabi ko kasi pupunta ako ng Makati for a meeting, need to go na rin.

What???

Wow.

Sabi ko, "Ganon? Sige icancel mo na lang."

Grabe ka, given that lunch break yon, sige kasalanan ko na hapit ako sa oras kaya lunch break lang ako makapunta. But you could have offered to ship the items instead, 50 pesos lang naman additional non, at ako naman ang magbabayad ng SF. Pero cancel order agad. You do not know how to value your customers.

You called me irrational, abnormal, narrow minded, etc. --Ganyan ba ang tamang attitude ng businesswoman?
What happened to the saying "Customer is always right"

Pray that it will not change. ---Ang sagot sakin, "Oh yup! and did we say that we own the building as well?" - WOW CONGRATULATIONS!!! Ikaw na ang pinagpala.

Napakasarcastic ng mga text mo sakin.

At grabe ka ha, naka ilang text ka sakin! LOL. You know why? ---Hindi ka matahimik kasi you know that you treated me badly that's why you are trying to convince me and yourself that its all my fault.

Sabi mo i should enroll in anger management? They can teach you how to handle customers, even irate ones, properly. -Ay teka MAYAMANG (mayamang mayabang) ka pala. Kayang kaya mo pala bumili ng isang call center!

God bless you Lami Chua and all of your business. Karma is digital. I'm sure that you have a lot of customers, maganda feedback ng products mo eh. >:(

About this horrible experience of ms angeleigh... I happen to see Ms. Lami's reply about their misunderstandings. Here's the link and her side of story. I think we should also consider reading her side. Just to be fair. :) Peace out!

i used to use cafe mocha from ellana + espresso con pana (for olive medium light tone) and the shade fits me perfectly. I now use the olive neutral light medium of barenaturals skin therapeutic foundation and parang it's a little white on my face =(
saw it in my pics to my dismay hiwalay ang face tone sa neck. should i use the olive neutral medium nalang? mamaya naman too dark na.....what can you suggest sisses?

Sensya! ahehe

ano ang selling point ng ellana at barenaturals? what do they have that other cosmetic counters dont have? TIA

What I like about them other than the natural/organic thing is, sariling atin. Kahit imported ang ingredients/materials (hello, carbon footprint).

I just got my Ellana Concealer Brush and Sheer Velvet HD Powder. I LOVE the brush - super soft bristles & it really blends/covers the blemishes and under eye creases well. For the HD Powder, it did mattify my face, unfortunately, it did not control the oiliness of my nose (problem area ever since).

So far so good with Ellana. I tried their French Vanilla Latte foundation, but I think I'd like to shift to BN Golden Neutral Light/ Light Medium Foundation. (After I finish Pureglow Fair Clair Foundation)  ;)

I previously posted that the Sheer Velvet HD primer did no good for my oily nose. (I used a kabuki brush with stiff bristles) This morning, I used a different brush (powder brush from Kirkland - softer bristles). Lo and behold, I did not have to blot my oiliness the whole morning. A bit of oiliness on my nose but unlike the previous days. I posted this to do justice w/ Ellana HD powder - it does work for me  :D
