Checking your SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth contributions

^^ did this and they answered a few days after. Sinabi saang branch ako dapat pumunta and dun daw I-mmanually compute yung loan balance ko. Sa Pasay branch ako dinirect since dun pala registered yung prev work ko and dun ko na din binayaran. They even have an atm inside their office kaya very convenient. Nag online registration na din ako and got my own ID after a few mins. (ID is just card board) lagyan daw ng pic and laminate.  

Hay salamat, finally I can scratch this off my list.

^mabilis lang ba sila mag-process sis? i was also advised to go to their office, makati nga lang, para mag file ng consolidation of records since lumipat ako ng company. i plan to do it next week tapos kuha na rin ako ng id. tia!

Get their Makati branch number from their website and then sabihin mo yung concern mo. Ganun ginawa ko then sinabi sa akin sino hahanapin ko and saang floor/dept. sya so nun dumating ako sa Pasay branch yung person na yun na ang hinanap ko. Yes mabilis lang, tumagal lang ako kasi nasa meeting yung kailangang magcheck/approve if tama ba yung computations. Pero i'd say if wala yun baka 30mins lang tapos ka na. Yung ID mabilis lang din, pila din sa logbook. Check mo na lang din baka while waiting, pwede ka na pumila sa ID.

I used to have an account sa SSS online kaso nakalimutan ko na ang password ko. So go ako sa SSS branch sa Frisco, tinulungan naman ako i retrieve ang password kaso I realized when I went home, and registered email ko sa SSS is the email na hindi ko na ma-access. Paano ba ito, may way ba sila para gumamit ako ng ibang email para ma-access ko ang online account ko?

Buti pa ang SSS may online website para ma-check ang contributions.

Hassle lang talaga mag-consolidate ng mga documentation, payments and stuff. I just sent an email to PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig to have them check my contributions as well. Antayin ko na lang bukas siguro or within the week since Sunday ngayon.

Sis, may update na ba sa situation mo? Ganito din ako, company email kasi ang registered email ko, eh nag-change na ko ng employer so di ko din magamit yung forgot password link sa website ng SSS. Hassle!

My wife also lost access to the email address
registered in her SSS account a few years ago

So I emailed member_relations@sss.gov.ph

And 5 days later they replied back:

Please call telephone number (2) 920-6401 loc. 6201 or email us again indicating the following information for verification purposes:
1.
complete name

2.
date of birth

3.
mother's maiden name

4.
SSS number

5.
employment history

6.
contact number

You may also check your records using the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) by calling (2) 917-7777 or call our Telephone Brigade at telephone numbers (2) 920-6446 to 55; Mondays to Fridays; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

I replied back with the 6 pcs of info they asked for via email

And a few days later they replied back with
a password and how to update the email address
associated with the account.

Dear Ms. XXXXX:

You may try to access your records online using the following information:

User ID:   XXXXXX
Password:  XXXXXX


Kindly modify your correct personal email address in the “Update Profile” link.

Has anyone tried using credit card in paying sss contribution?

Mga Sis ako ang problem ko regarding Pag-IBIG. Nag-apply ako ng loan last Sept or Oct ata tpos sabi sa HR namin mga 2 weeks baka meron na after 2 weeks ask ako wala pa daw yung loan ko pinalipas ko ulit 1 week, ask ako ulit tapos wala pa din daw. Sabi sa amin kung na-update ko na daw yung records ko since married na ako, sabi ko Yes & napa-merge ko na din yung mga hulog ko. Sabi magpass na lang daw ulit ako & nagpa-attach na sila ng merging form para sigurado na wala ng problem yung apply ko na loan. Sabi ni HR kung hindi na-merge yung records mo wait ka after a month then I said ok. December nag-ask ulit ako if meron na, almost 2 months na bago ako nagfollow-up pero wala pa din. Pinatawag na ako ng HR namin sa Pag-IBIG para malaman if anong problem sa apply ko ng loan bakit di na-ggrant. Ang hirap pa naman tumawag sa kanila, tapos nung may makausap ako ang sabi hindi pa daw na-memerge yung contributions ko kaya siguro hindi na-ggrant yung loan ko then sinabi ko na napa-merge ko na yun nung mag-update ako ng status ko. Ngayon ang sunod na problem ko naman eh hanggang Sept 2012 lang ang last na hulog ko sa Company ko, itanong ko daw sa company kung bakit ganun. Nag-ask ako sa company namin, hinihingian ako ng copy ng contributions na sinasabi ng Pag-IBIG, need ko pa tuloy pumunta ng Pag-IBIG kasi may nakausap ako sa kanila, hindi daw pwdeng i-send yun sa email.. Haaays! buti pa SSS walang problem sa pag-view ng contributions, nalalaman mo kagad if hindi nahuhulugan yung contributions mo unlike Pag-IBIG..

^matagal talaga magconsolidate ng records/contributions sa pagibig. Iyong sa akin, took them 6 months, pwersahan pa iyon kasi inis na ako that time kaya siguro inayos na nila. Tumawag lang ako kasi alangan puntahan ko pa eh nag absent na nga ako before para maayos records ko. Tapos noong nakausap ko staff nila, hindi pa nga daw naconsolidate at pinapasubmit pa ulit ako ng mga documents na nasubmit ko na nga before. Nainis na ako kasi kalahating taon na eh sabi ko bakit ako magsasubmit ulit eh nagsubmit na nga ako. Ayun, pinahintay lang ako sa phone tapos merged na records ko.

takes 3-5 days before sila magreply if di naman kayo masyadong nagmamadali.

paano ko po makikita ang contribution ko sa pag-ibig para malaman ko kung updated ang hulog ng company namin.

You may go to the nearest Pag-Ibig kiosk that will assist you in your inquiry. You can ask them for contribution verification printout. Just present to them your Pag-Ibig ID and they will search for your MID number. If you don't have this, just present any valid ID and they will search their database using your name. There are Pag-Ibig kiosks in Robinson's malls like Galleria and Novaliches. Hope this will help you.
