SSS online is not updated, right? Kasi, according to my online account, I still have an existing salary loan. I believe, my company paid in full when I resigned. This freaks me out kasi it says I have to pay for the penalty and interest. Tumataginting na "delinquent payer" ang lagay ko nito. tsk

Anyone from SSS or knows the system?

Ako rin few months ago may salary loan ako na palaki lang nang palaki ang interest at penalties. Pero since nabayaran ko naman mismo sa SSS, I presumed na hindi pa inaupdate ng encoder nila ang account ko. Turned out to be that. Mukhang manual pa at may separate encoder silang nag-a-update nun.

Kaya di ako nagbayad ng penalties.

But I do hope nariyan pa sa iyo ang mga proof na nabayaran mo na, in case kailanganin mong i-dispute ito. Could take months kasi galing pa sa employer mo. Give SSS about 3 months, but make sure to follow up with your employer at this time muna until all your SSS loan stuff is out of their system and was released to SSS.

Sometimes I pay SSS contributions via banks. Ang tagal. Mga two to three months bago magreflect. That's why up to now kung walang pila first choice ko pa ring magbayad sa SSS mismo para mas mabilis magreflect (takes less than a month).

^ Thanks freelancer_babe! This was last year pa, April 2012. I checked my account today, same status so ayun, I emailed SSS for clarification. Problema, I don't have any proof of payment. I have to email my previous company pa. Thank you though. Naliwanagan ako.

Naku, problema nga yan kung walang proof of payment.. but wait. Have you saved any of your payslips? Indicated doon ang SSS.

In the absence of payslips, maybe your previous company could help you generate a list of loan payments to show to SSS?

guys bakit ganon di ako makapasok sa sss. sabi mali daw member status  ko eh employed naman ako. kahit sa text sss ayaw... temporary not available sa2600 . sa 2910 naman wala akong middle initial kaya di din pwede... naiistress ako.

Unemployed since Nov 2012 and just paid my SSS loan in full at SM's business center. It took a few days bago maupdate online.

I tried calling Pag-ibig. Gusto ko sana malaman magkano ang balance ko. Mukhang no other way to check but go to their office.

hi... nakuha ko yung philhealth and sss contributions ko ... pero sa pagibig hindi pa... hindi ko.kasi alam ang pag ibig no. ko.... sa sss online.. doon sa website. sa philhealth sa email nila...patulong naman sa pag ibig... employed ako di.ko talaga alam ang pag.ibig no.ko.

yung consolidation ng pag-ibig contribuitions, kelangan bang ikaw personally ang gumawa? Kasi when I was single, I worked in a different company (Makati area), then after 4 years, i transferred to Taguig. Then after a year, I got married, hence changing my maiden to married name. I inquired before sa Kamuning branch, they printed out this contributions, pero separately for each - 1)single, working in makati, 2) single-working in Taguig, 3) married-working in Taguig. hindi ba dapat yung aming liaison officer sa PAG-IBIG ang magaasikaso ng consolidation?

Mahirap I-Asa sa employer. Suggestion Ni pag-Ibig, before ka mag transfer ng work, ask from your employer your pag-Ibig contributions and check the data against pag-office  Kung consistent ang records mo.
