Checking your SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth contributions

Yung pinakamalapit na pagibig branch na malapit sa company ng mama mo dati, yun na ang malamang na may copy ng records.

Changed this... PAGIBIG pala tanong mo.. hehe.

I'm self-employed rin. Very few options though.

1) sa PAGIBIG mismo
2) few banks accept online payments by bank transfer. Metrobank is one na alam ko.
3) SM bills payment

#1 is my preference kasi pagkatapos kong magbayad, mag-iinquire naman ako.

#2 I have inquired customer service about this. Pwede raw. But I haven't tried this myself.

On PAG-IBIG:

tried to click the "contact us" and fill out the form and message box to know my contributions and click "Submit" but it keeps on hanging so I just resorted to email them at publicaffairs@pagibigfund.gov.ph

is that where you guys email them to know your contributions?

I emailed PHilhealth and Pag-ibig and they sent me a list of my contributions.

For SSS, I check it online.

When you email-ed how long did you wait for their reply?

i checked my pagibig contributions, mejo magulo kasi dami ko ka pangalan. Buti lang e matagal ako sa company ko, pero all employers before my current, di alam ang records. Even if i have and used my hdmf mid already.

yung consolidation ng pag-ibig contribuitions, kelangan bang ikaw personally ang gumawa? Kasi when I was single, I worked in a different company (Makati area), then after 4 years, i transferred to Taguig. Then after a year, I got married, hence changing my maiden to married name. I inquired before sa Kamuning branch, they printed out this contributions, pero separately for each - 1)single, working in makati, 2) single-working in Taguig, 3) married-working in Taguig. hindi ba dapat yung aming liaison officer sa PAG-IBIG ang magaasikaso ng consolidation?

sa philhealth, you can call their hotline, then it will ask for your philhealth number and sasabihin na yung contributions mo

Yung contributions ba?

I always bring the past receipts para derecho na ako sa cashier at di na dadaan sa member assistance section. Pwede yun as long as pareho lang ang babayaran mo tula ng past month.

Pero kung ngayon ka pa lang magbabayad, yeah, I suggest bringing that number sa member assistance. Bring IDs too, just in case.

^ admittedly pinakahassle ang pagibig sa lahat ng binabayaran ko monthly. hanggang ngayon pumupunta pa ako sa branch nila para magbayad.

pero mas madaling magloan ng MPL sa kanila compared sa SSS. mas mabilis kasi silang magrelease nito.

i was able to check my number of contributions with pagibig via email. i sent them an email and they replied naman. usually, evening pumapasok sa inbox ko yung reply nila, which is a good thing for me since nightshift ako so medyo real time ang reply nila sa akin. i find it weird that i still need to request na i-consolidate yung records ng contributions ko considering na company lang naman ang nagpalit, not my pagibig no or other details. sana para sa sss na lang na automatic ang consolidation.

^ publicaffairs@pagibigfund.gov.ph, sa initial email ko around 2 working 2 days before ako naka-receive ng reply. most probably dahil finorward pa sa ibang department and friday night ako na email so i'm guessing natambakan. yung mga sumunod na emails mabilis na ang reply.
