siguro naman may natutunan din sila sa nangyare kay diana and charles.  pero i'm positive with this couple kasi it seems that their feelings towards each other is genuine.  tipong mahal talaga nila ang isa't isa unlike with prince charles and diana na arranged marriage. 

curious lang ako with some of our sisses here.  kasi in passing lang naman ang mga nababasa ko about these two lalo na ni kate.  why do you think prince william can do better?  coz she seems fine to me.  educated,  rich and sophisticated.  for me she's a good match.  wala din naman akong nabalitaan na parang she's trashy or acting like a rich spoiled brat.  hindi ko rin alam kung may na-link pa sa kanyang iba na "better".

I don't think she's rich. Average lang yung family nila at yun nga, commoner. Si Diana kasi, although malayo-layo na rin, she was a nobility. She was Lady Diana Spencer before she got married to Prince Charles. Medyo strict yung kay Princess Diana before. There were requirements in marrying prince Charles that Diana has to passed. She has to be a virgin, they have to share the same faith (British Royalty are not Roman Catholic but member of The Church Of England) and she has to have a blood of nobility kahit malayo na. Hindi naman yun arranged marriage eh. Talagang niligawan siya ni Prince Charles at na-develop si Diana kaya nga feeling betrayed siya about Camilla. She was 19 and very idealistic.   

Kate can't be trashy kung gusto niyang pakasalan siya. And i think, a lot of people has been advising her on what to wear kasi she's obviously going to be in the public eye when she started dating him. Kahit naman siguro ako, if im photographed a lot, magpapaganda rin ako. 

But i wish them well. Kasi alam ko, kahit prince pa yung lalake, hindi ko kaya yung buhay nila.  Yung palaging ako yung nagbibigay at iintindi sa guy. I can't do that. Kate only works part-time kasi busy masyado si Prince William. So she adjusted her schedule and her life around him. So that when he's free, she can be with him. And even when she's old na, she still lives with her parents when William is busy. Kasi ngam, she can't afford to live alone when she works only part-time.

sis Joycy and mhynne, i watched Today's episode kanina and they tackled why people call Kate as commoner when in fact she's not. she belongs to an affluent family. her family owns a party planning business where she works. although she may not be a daughter of a duke or has royal blood, d daw siya macoconsider as commoner - at least for american translation. pero sa UK, tama ang definition ni sis mhynne. if you're not a royal blood, then, you're a commoner.

what i said sis is that "when they broke up" thats when she was referred to as not ladylike.. because of the pictures that were taken of her then.
she was also scrutinized for not working when she left school.

Search on Google about her work history and you can only find one and that's only because the owner's son or daughter is a classmate! Front lang yung work kuno niya in her parents business so she can be available ALL the time when the prince is free. Which her parents support.  But what we can say? I mean, it works, right? She bagged her Prince.

Kung may money man sila, kahit pa kahilera nila si Bill Gates, that doesn't change the fact that she's a commoner.  Kasi yun ang totoong definition eh. When you have no royal/nobility blood, then you're a commoner, which is not bad naman kasi lahat tayo eh nandiyan sa category na yan.

well if she works full time nga naman, she can't be available when william wants to go on a vacation. e diba lagi silang nag-vacation to some exotic country hehe. i guess this is a good practice for her. at least nasanay na siyang.. she drops everything for william kasi ganyan din mangyayayri pag crowned princess na sya. everything will be for the crown and for her husband's benefit. no such thing as personal choices.

I'm sorry sis talaga. I'm still not convinced eh. The article did say na middle class lang sila. I didn't say they were poor but they are certainly not rich. You can have educational grant in UK so that could be how she was able to enroll in the same school as the prince. The Chelsea apartment? Siyempre, it's an investment and it paid off, big time. Gagastos ang parents, uutang pa yan for the kids. The fact that her parents bought it for her meant she doesn't have money of her own. During this time, gf na siya ni William and her parents are supporting ALL her decision/actions concering her romance with William. Ikaw ba naman maging gf ng prince eh. The Chelsea apartment now paid off when they got engaged. I'm sure her parents are breathing a huge sigh of relief. Being in a western country, it's quite odd for someone like her not to work, considering she's just middle class. She's no Ivanka Trump but she's so so smart to be able to get a prince. I think, everything is calculated on her part to get where she is now.  Waity Katie no more.

^yes everything her family did for her was calculated move from the beginning =) all her decisions and how she acts focuses on william and william alone. kahit wala syang career, ok lang just to give her 110% to william and their relationship. this is why i think their relationship is actually good. the woman knows where she stands in the relationship.
