i would like to share to you my daughter's 7th birthday party and to give back to our sisses here na hindi nag sawa na sumagot sa mga questions ko.. hehe this is a long post! i hope may maitulong ako sa preparation on your party!

REASONS: sponsored by my auntie's friend who lived there so i got a 20% disc before its 50% for HO but since they renovate the clubhouse they change the rate for HO and for outsiders. if i only knew i should have reserve the venue ahead of time mas malaki matitipid ko! tssk sayang! but no regrets, got a disc pa din naman.. and im happy with the venue, maaliwalas for 12nn party

REASONS: I'm disappointed with their service. the handler who is Ms. Maiko is ok naman, very accommodating pero feeling ko napabayaan nya yung event ko since kasabay ko yung repeat customer nila.
here's the story, (this is long.. sorry) before i decided to book them i weigh things muna like the food, punctuality, service, and the biggest factor kaya i booked them is because madaling kausap si Ms. maiko.. so i told her what i want she said ok po mam no prob.. ok sya ng ok sakin so ako naman i expect na nag kakaintindihan kami. so i paid the DP to her, constant exchange of messages thru text and email even ask her ano bang magandang backdrop then i told her eto lang budget na meron ako. she suggest things pero naisip ko yung mga sinasuggest nya hindi pwede sa venue ko kasi mahangin kasi open area sya. maiintindihan ko naman sana kung sinabi nya sakin na mam hindi po swak yung budget nyo para sa backdrop na issuggest ko. parang ganon ba.. tapos no follow up on that which is nag hihintay ako ng sagot wala pala, so sige sabi ko nalang sa sarili ko baka wala syang time para isipin pa yung backdrop.. then eto na, when she send me the contract super kulang-kulang and generic lang nakalagay sa contract. yung pag nakita mo wala dun yung mga important notes na nirequest ko. so i told her bakit ganon may mga kulang tsaka hindi naman yun ang napag usapan namin tapos sabi nya sige mam send ko ulit. hanggang sa nakapag send sya sakin ng 4 na draft na kulang pa din hinayaan ko na. on the back of my mind baka nasa notes naman nya. eto na the day of the event, natuwa ako pag punta ko ng venue ang aga nila. sabi ko pa nga ok ah.. aga! ayos! mababait yung mga staffs wala ko masabi. pero konti lang andun to think 140 estimated guests ko. i think parang mga 6-7 lang nakita ko. normal ba yun? not sure.. so ok, ako naman busy sa mga DIY ko kasi ako lang naman nag design actually simple lang naman designs ko ilalagay lang mga lanterns sa ceiling that’s it! Which I ask the staff kung ok lang na tulungan nila ako kasi wala ako katulong that time hindi pa nadating. So sabi naman nila sige po mam madami pa naman po time. Tulungan po namin kayo so ako naman thankful.. so nag aayos na sila, umuwi ako sa house to change my clothes got a text from her sabi nya -- mam hindi ko naman po ineexpect na madami po pala kayo ipapagawa sa mga tao ko yung mga naka assign sa kanila hindi pa nila natatapos i will charge extra for that and it will be reflected on your bill later.. sabi ko naman pasensya na kasi wala ko nakatulong and i agreed to pay extra for their fee.. so ayun i went back to the venue, guests was there already kala ko naman kung anong special na ginawa nila wala naman ni-hang lang nila yung mga dala ko lanterns, pompoms as instructed. so sabi ko sa sarili ko yung text nya sakin kala ko naman super dami ko pinagawa e kaya nga ng 2 tao yun eh.. tapos hindi ko sya naabutan, nagtxt nalang sya na umalis na sya kasi kailangan daw sya sa isang event wala daw mag hahatid ng food nagka emergency daw so sya daw nagdala. ganon.. hindi nako nag reply sabi ko sa sarili ko wag mastress kasi makikita sa pictures.. so ayun.. ok na lahat nakakain na. nung ako na kakain kasi medyo nakaluwag-luwag sa pag entertain ng guests kasi nag sshow na nakita ko walang cupcakes yung mga bata which i told her na ilagay kasama ng cake. cupcakes is included in the kids meal and the menu board i requested which paulit-ulit ako wala ko nakita. flowers doesnt look fresh which she claims binili pa daw nung friday before th event. nothing special with the flowers mukhang tangkay na may small flower.. lechon was served by table na apaw na apaw na nasa plates na nilagyan ng gravy sa ibabaw i expect na meron din chafing dish yun kasi alam ko binayaran ko din yun.. wala ko nakita.. it doesnt look good for me na i-serve sa plate per table. according to her when i texted her and complain after the party sabi nya hindi daw nya alam na walang cupcakes kasi alam nya binayaran na nya sa supplier. sabi ng crew nya nung tinanong ko wala daw talagang cupcakes sabi daw ni Maiko. so i told her sabi ko anong nangyari di daw nya alam ask daw nya that was saturday, she got back to me monday na nakalimutan nya daw mag text nung sunday. ano yun? kung importante lahat ng costumers nyo you find time to reply and to think its their fault siguro naman she have the decency to reply diba? buti nalang i have enough candies and treats para makalimutan ng anak ko yung cupcakes because that's what she requested. ayun nag explain na akala daw ng supplier nya next saturday yung party kaya wala tapos yung menu board nakalimutan daw ilagay sa inventory which paulit-ulit ako sa pag ask sa kanya. then yung chafing dish di nya sinagot.. paper plates for kids palpak yung silver na plate na nabibili lang sa grocery which i told her na may color yung plates ng kids like the motif. she said before the event, yes mam.. foods are so-so lang naman din nothing special.. simple lang naman mga requests ko hindi pa nagawa ng tama. told her masyado kasi kayo nag focus to the other event, to think 2 events lang that day ha.. sana nadesignate kayo ng tamang dami ng tao. kung may emergency with the other party like mag dedeliver you should have get someone else im sure meron yun hindi yung iniwan mo lang sa tauhan mo yung supposedly kaw nag facilitate diba? yun.. she just said sorry, insisting sending the cupcakes to our house i told her no need, wala ng kakain ng 40pcs cupcakes. ask for refund instead and she send refund and i never speak to her after. sad.. i gave them 3 for the kind crews na andun but service and food wise pwede na 2.. ayun.. sorry long post for this..

super aga sa venue i think 9.30am andun na sya. sound system is good! i didnt expect na ganon ang sound system nya may taga operate (dj) pa sya eh.. galing! kala ko kasi basta speaker lang tapos mike ganon.. hindi pala! he helped me din sa pag aayos ng souvenirs and prizes. super light kausap ni sir albert! he even give suggestions specially when we met to book him.. sya una ko na nabooked kasi i know he's indemand din. feb pa lang ata nabooked ko na sya!

REASONS: ganda ng outcome!
super love ng guests hindi lang ng bata pati matanda! nagkagulo sila! haha muntik ng maubusan ang daughter and son ko. hehe madaling kausap si ms. jen tapos she suggests as well anong color ang bagay. tapos nakakatuwa kasi imbes na sa QC ko pa kunin sa alabang nalang pinadala nya thru bus with no extra charge.

REASONS: sold out! hahaha bought chocolates different varieties, popcorn (Cretors) and Cheetos in S&R then assorted donuts in Krispy Kreme.. ayun! ubos! mas matagal pa yung pag gawa ko ng rosettes kaysa sa pag ubos ng mga guests ng treats eh.. put them in my mom's well kept platers and put the popcorns and cheetos in plastics para di kumunat! ayun yung iba nag uwi pa for snacks going home.. kakatuwa!

REASONS: super mura! spent 1k ++ only for big lanters/ accordions/ pompoms parang morethan 50pcs yan more or less di ko na maalala.. DIY lang kasi isasabit lang naman sa ceiling. hehe yung snowflakes ko di ko na nailagay wala ng time.. huhu sayang! sa xmas tree nalang yun sa christmas! hehe meron pa kasama na mga doily na iba-ibang sizes.. buti nalang andun sya! hehe
