Since simple party lang yung amin, sa cupcake tower ko, wala pang 40.00 ang gastos, labor of love pa

Pero sis, kung accessible sa inyo yung bilihan ng cupcake tower na gawa na, good buy na yun, sa amin kasi dito sa Rizal, walang nagbebenta, ang lalayo naman nung bilihan, kaya yan, DIY na lang

^^I planned to DIY my son's cupcake tower before. But after factoring in the cost, it was cheaper to buy the cardboard cupcake tower. That's php 200++ then I just added a little for the ribbons to personalize it. At least I'm sure pa of the stability (no fears of the tower toppling down bec of the weight of the cupcake). Just a suggestion Lang

Yung akin kasi, separate kasi yung cake ni bebe, two layered cake siya na angry birds design, tapos umorder lang ako ng 30 pcs. cupcakes, kasi gusto lang niya ng cupcakes, so ayun lang mga cupcakes talaga ang ilalagay ko sa tower, kaya malakas ang loob kong hindi babagsak hahaha

Kung balak mo nga na lagyan ng cake sa ibabaw, tama sila sis, buy ka na lang, mahirap na, or I suggest, yung DIY tower mo, sa cupcakes lang, or kung mag DIY desserts station ka, like lalagyan ng mga brownies.. candies.. etc.

^ i didnt put my son's cake (10") on top cause his cake weighs over 2kgs with almost 1ft 3D topper. i used it primarily for cupcakes.

We celebrated my youngest daughter's 3rd birthday at Jollibee Sta. Ana last February 12, 2012.

Theme-- Timmy Time

Souvenirs (85each)-- mini stools from handicrafts atbp. Ms. Grace is very nice and accomodating.I booked her 2 weeks prior to event, so panay ang kulit ko kasi baka di umabot sa event at syempre ang dami dami kong questions. Infairness naman, natapos sya 4 days before the party.. Me and my guests loooovve the stools. Pinag-agawan talaga...   Though maliit talaga sya at hindi mauupuan ng mga kids. I should've get the kiddie stool..next time.. hehe ^,^

Host (3.5k)--i booked it from yanple. She's very lively and entertaining..

Cake and cookie lollies-- les sucreries. it's my 2nd with ms veronica already. I am so glad that she accomodated my order again this time. Medyo mahirap kasi magpabook sa kanya.. It's either fully booked sya or very late sya magreply sa email and text messages.

Prizes-- from divilandia.. ^,^

Balloons--DIY. I bought it from lollipop balloons. I was supposed to make cake arch.. Kaso the cake table that Jollibee provided, was too small at saktong sakto lang yung cake. Obviously, wala nang space for the cake arch... Naging uneven (height) pillars tuloy nangyari. haist! I also made balloonderitas, but when we arrived at the venue, they didn't allow us na idikit sa ceiling... kaya kinalat nalang namin sa floor... When the kids arrived, ayun pinag kaguluhan at pinag puputok yung mga balloons.. haha.. ^,^

Food-- chix with rice, coke, spaghetti, fries and sundae

P/V-- Child Lounge Photography. I was supposed to get photo + photobook. Since, same price lang naman, hubby and I decided to get their 5k P/V package nalang.

@Quisha, sis may pic ka nung birthday ng anak mo? Ok lang ba setup sa sta.ana? Buti pwede na magdala ng cake & cupcakes from ibang supplier aww bakit hindi daw pwede maglagay ng balloons sa ceiling? sayang naman..
Another question sis, sa jollibee na din ba mismo galing yung name sa likod?

We don't have pics yet.. 1month pa daw idedeliver yung CDs from child lounge. Ok set up ng jabee sta ana. Maliwanag yung party area. Yup, they provided the banner and the banderitas.

Re the cake and cookie lollies. They allow outside suppliers naman, as long as di daw kakainin during the party. Pero wala rin silang nagawa nung kinain ng kids yung cookie lollies. Hehe.

They didn't allowed us na magkabit ng balloonderitas sa ceiling and any balloon decor sa wall kasi masisira daw yung paint. Labo nga nila eh. Kasi upon booking, sinabi nila na pwede daw. Pero nung day na ng party, biglang may 2 party managers na dumating and they told us na never daw nilang inallow yun.. Di rin pwede sa kanila bubble machine (got it as a freebie pa naman from ace balloob lab). Di na ako nakipag talo. Maka masira lang party ng bebe ko.. Hehe.. Pero ok naman staff nila.. Iuupdate ka lagi kung may late guests and kelangan bigyan ng food. Panay din ang tanong kung may problema, ok ba yung mascot, etc..

here are some photos from the party i worked so hard to plan which rico almost almost ruined.. should've been perfect if everything went on as planned.  although i know it could've been better, it still turned out pretty well and i'm thankful that it made my daughter happy as well as the little kids and even adults who went. for the full story, check out the thread "WARNING: RICO THE MAGICIAN"
